They work (or not lol) only in four hour shifts, either from 8am - noon or 1 pm - 5pm. And their staff use a GPS-based app so they'll try to stick around until their shift is up. I was connected with Nurse Stephanie, and she was able to schedule my mom's IV treatment for the same day as sign up AND they travel to their clients homes, so she was able to come to my mom's home and administer the IV treatment - which was fantastic. Several other companies I checked in with were booked out about a week and prices were much higher. I liked the fact that my mom could get treatment in her home on her schedule with the same nurse each time. Nurse Stephanie provided my mom with her contact information and was great at communicating. She did her best at getting us in for treatments on short notice and was very accommodating to my mom when providing treatment. Impressive! My nurse, Tressa, was incredible. She let me know she was going to be a little late because of another appointment, and proactively offered a free Add In as compensation. When she arrived, she was fast and so sweet and helpful. She explained what was in the bag, and added another anti-nausea med. She was also great about explaining how long things might take to kick in. Pricing was great, especially when compared to other options or an ER wait. I took a nap after the appointment and felt so much better when I woke up. 5 star experience, easily!

We had several sessions with the providers who were excellent. Things were finished up and we received my daughter's evaluation. That is where their professionalism and - quite frankly - competence ended. We received a medical bill from the facility for our portion not covered by insurance. I called in to clarify a couple items on the invoice and was satisfied with the answers so I paid the bill. I also asked specifically if that would take care of everything. The woman on the telephone assured me that yes, it would. About a month and a half later, we received what appeared to be the exact same bill. Now having already paid it and having already called the center, I naturally assumed that this was simply a duplicate, so I paid it no mind. The very next piece of correspondence I received from Rosenberg was the most amateur and legally non-compliant collection letter that I have seen in years (I work on credit and collection compliance for a law firm in town - so this is literally what I see every day and represent clients on against collectors who violate he law). The notice was sent in a non standard envelope, with specific account, medical details and collection details visible from outside the envelope and through the envelope window for all to see. This was both an FDCPA violation and a HIPAA violation. I contacted Rosenberg's billing department on an attempt to clarify the situation. (Oh Rosenberg, side note - we digitally recorded our calls, so I have those. That will prove fun for you). I spoke with their billing representative who was hostile from the word hello. She refused to allow me to talk to anyone else and kept making excuses for why they were in the right. After a NUMBER of derogatory statements from her, she finally told me a supervisor or partner - she kept switching what she was calling them - would be calling me within days. I never received the call. Fast forward to today. I receive a letter from rodenburg stating that they are terminating us as patients for being "disrespectful to staff" and will no longer be helping our autistic child. I have recordings of the calls. I was planning to provide them to the supervisor but now I intend to provide them to the courts as I intend to sue these people to make an example of them for treating a family o a child with special needs this way. I find this disappointing but there is big money in fleecing the disabled - and it seems Rosenberg just wanted a piece of the action. Quacks and cons don't belong in the same circles of Autistic special needs children. The sad thing is this, it wasn't about money. It was like a hundred dollars - less than my Chinese takeout last night. I have no issue paying a bill. It is about the crazy incompetence in their billing and their disrespect for their vulnerable patients. I will update this review down the road with the court results and the results of the formal regulatory complaints that I am filing. SHORT REVIEW - unprofessional horrible. They had a team that included a massage therapist, social worker, chaplain, music therapy and other services. The whole team was dedicated to moms comfort and care. It was incredible. They helped me with FMLA paperwork so I could spend time with mom, helped make the notifications once mom passed away and were always there to help handle questions. They made the last few weeks so much easier to handle. Highly recommend.

It took eight months to get my mother off hospice, and she did not receive adequate care or any stroke rehabilitation either then or since. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my mother, and she lost all her assets as a result of this, and is still in the one-star dump of a nursing home years later. My mother was in a stroke rehab facility for just a few days, when an Allina doctor put her in the hospital for an "infection", then declared she was dying of an infection that could not be cured. My mother was not at all ill. Allina makes massive profits when they do this.

Dr. Van Dyck was very rushed, giggled maniacally when he shared with me he is an introvert and only drinks his tea at home (I'm thinking to myself: "Good. Because if you had caffeine you would be a complete freak"). Like I should care? WHY are you wasting MY precious 20 minutes of time -- that you keep reminding me we are running out of whenever I ask you for your advice about something -- shooting the breeze with me and sharing all this info about yourself as if I would care? Why are you telling me about your wife? And your kids? You are the caregiver, I am the patient. My precious 20 minutes is about my health, not your personal life. Both he and his assistant Emily snickered any time they mentioned me having a very unpleasant but highly recommended diagnostic exam done -- which I thought was really unprofessional. I finally had to ask "Why are you both snickering when you say this? How is telling me I should have it done funny?" You're supposedly educated health care professionals, not 12-year-olds. It makes me extremely uneasy that the people I am putting in charge of my health care and medical records are snickering about any health-related issues I may have. Unless of course, these are not health care professionals, but health care CLOWNS. What else are they snickering about? Are they snickering about you and your health too? In his anxiety-fueled haste, the Dr. glossed over a pretty serious acute and excruciatingly painful issue I'm having because, as he blamed the insurance, "It was not in line with what is done in a checkup as insurance defines it" -- so I am going to have to end up going to the emergency room, which is then going to cost the insurance company a lot more to cover. He even did "examine" a body part related to what I have going on, but it took a visit to my chiropractor to notice that I had a tremendous amount of inflammation around my ear and lymph nodes. How could this Dr actually have even looked at the area after I told him I was in excruciating pain and not seen anything, when my chiropractor noticed right away? I felt the clinic was overall not good for anything except referrals. They were on time and everything moved along quickly, but it was really sloppy & unprofessional. And I think this Dr. needs to work on his own mindfulness and stress management skills. I've been to plenty of other medical professionals and no, they don't all act like this. If you know you are giving inferior care and you're going to use the excuse that the system won't let you give the quality of care you want to, then put some energy into changing the frickin' system, you fool. Or go into another profession because -- and I don't care what medical school you went to -- you are clearly not good at, nor passionate, about being a physician. The most I will use this doctor for is to get referrals to someone who can actually do something.
