The reason given was that my last in-person consultation was 10 months ago. That is information this office had access to from the moment I booked -- a full month prior. In that month, I checked in with the office weekly with preparation questions and received zero indication that anything was wrong with my eligibility. I filled a prescription they required me to have. I took a Friday off work. I cancelled my gym membership for the recovery period. And because you cannot drive yourself home after this procedure, I spent two weeks working through my small circle of friends -- all small business owners -- to find someone willing to rearrange their schedule to drive me. That's a 2.5 hour round trip for a 90 minute procedure. Their schedules were now affected too. The week before the surgery I called the office with a question about an additional treatment, and I could clearly hear the doctor in the background audibly prompting his receptionist on what to say to me. This office had every single piece of information needed to identify this supposed eligibility issue weeks ago -- and said nothing. Not during my weekly calls, not when I confirmed my prescription, not at any point. Instead they let me complete the full logistical and emotional preparation for surgery, which is not a trivial thing for someone who doesn't undergo procedures regularly, and cancelled at the last possible moment. No meaningful accountability. No effort to make it right. I'll be going elsewhere and I'd encourage you to think carefully before investing your time, energy, and trust here.

Ok so originally I had a really bad experience here…read more.. However, I want to update this review because the owner leidy, reached out right away, refunded me, and had me come back in. She personally redid my nails and was extremely careful and attentive. The second experience was much better, and I appreciated how seriously they took the situation and made it right. Because of that, I'm updating my rating to reflect both experiences and their effort to fix it. Here's new nails done. Much different experience this time much appreciated.

It was an amazing first impression. We came here for a wedding on Sunday and had an awesome 3 day weekend. The catered meals and drinks were very much enjoyed and great. We peel and eat shrimp from the bar near our pool on our open day and it was fresh and tasty. The wedding took place on a point by the water right at sunset and it was over the top beautiful. Our room was spacious and very well appointed. Our patio on the second floor was very nice and had an amazing view of the ocean. So nice and a great Key experience.

Stellar. My partner was vegetarian and had extremely limited options for food which was unfortunate. The food we did get was mediocre at best. The beach was very very disappointing. As soon as you take a step towards the beach it is pure Mud. A few steps into the water and it is still pure mud and seaweed. To call this beach access would be a sales pitch without follow up. The smell of the beach is also not great. However, the resort has a lot of land and is very spread out. This allows it to never feel too congested or busy.
