She personally redid my nails and was extremely careful and attentive. The second experience was much better, and I appreciated how seriously they took the situation and made it right. We peel and eat shrimp from the bar near our pool on our open day and it was fresh and tasty. The wedding took place on a point by the water right at sunset and it was over the top beautiful. Our room was spacious and very well appointed. Our patio on the second floor was very nice and had an amazing view of the ocean. So nice and a great Key experience.

However, this is where it turns. The activities are "limited" to say the least. They do have some, but they are lackluster. The BIGGEST highlight was a close up magician that met us at the beach bar. Stellar. My partner was vegetarian and had extremely limited options for food which was unfortunate. The food we did get was mediocre at best. The beach was very very disappointing. As soon as you take a step towards the beach it is pure Mud. A few steps into the water and it is still pure mud and seaweed. To call this beach access would be a sales pitch without follow up. The smell of the beach is also not great. However, the resort has a lot of land and is very spread out. This allows it to never feel too congested or busy.
