She ultimately doesn't see the big picture which creates issues in the long run. She has made several mistakes on my taxes that my financial advisor found, did not follow up on missing info, ignored information provided and made decisions that were quite unethical without discussing first which we did not agreed to. It seems like the only thing she cares about is making a buck with no regard for her customers. Outside of being unethical, not service oriented at all, her ego is so huge that you are not allowed to question her or she gets really testy and actually allows herself to raise her voice as well.
