The entire team - nurses, staff, and support personnel were all amazing. The food was great and the facility is comfortable and well maintained, which made her stay comfortable. In particular, Jessica, Michelle, Maria, Princes and Key xoxo and all the nurse staff provided exceptional care and kindness around the clock care. The physical therapists, Miss Elizabeth and Albert, were outstanding. They gave our mom the encouragement and support she needed to regain strength and independence. The CNA's were helpful, busy, quick to respond, and easy to talk to. The OT and PT's were friendly, experienced, encouraging and skilled. The kitchen staff served hot, tasty balanced meals and would ask me what I would prefer. I felt more at ease and cared for at this facility than I did at the more expensive and higher rated one I had the previous year. It may be a little bit dated, but it is clean and the employees more than make up for any lack in newness. I especially appreciated how well the employees worked together without complaints, arguments, or gossiping in front of residents. My thanks to Tommy, Gloria, Josaphine, Rosalinda, Maria, Dawn, Walley, Esparanza, Victoria, and many others for their expertise, kindness, encouragement and patience.
