Also good luck trying to get them to answer the phone to schedule an appointment. Expect to wait 45 minutes or more after you check in for your scheduled appointment. Dr Minor would not prescribe anything for pain instead I got a steroid hip injection that did not help! had to see Lonestar ortho for my back pain to get pain meds. The worst thing I experienced was them filing my insurance incorrectly. I had to call Medicare and BCBS and coordinate benefits myself then after BCBS paid the bill TOA were claiming I still owe them $1035 and would not schedule my surgery! I offered to do a 3 way call with their billing office to verify it's been paid and that they need to contact the local BCBS office. TOA didn't have it posted and until it is TOA will not do my extremely painful hip replacement surgery. It's been 2 weeks that the bill has been paid and not one phone call from them! I decided to go to Lonestar Ortho in Burleson and they scheduled my surgery a week later. Lonestar was going to schedule it July 17th but I stressed to them my pain level and issues with TOA so they scheduled me July 3rd. The only reason I went back to TOA was because I had a great experience with Dr Papaliodis for my shoulder replacement 3 yrs ago. After the poor patient care I received for my hip, iI will not go to TOA ever again,

I have insurance, and they were able to verify my insurance before my first visit.  I did not have any long-drawn-out paperwork. after a few "get to know" questions, Dr. Olds was ready to get busy on the stubborn stress knots I had accumulated over months of starting a new job that is stressful with lots of driving around the metroplex.          When I first came to Dr. Olds' office, I could not breathe without feeling sharp pain under my shoulder blade. I was under the impression that the visit was for an all-over deep tissue massage. Instead, I received a deep tissue massage, but only on the most crucial area(s).       There is no waiting in a lobby. So when your appointment is at 9:00 am that means, You pull up in the lot (on time), click on the link (on your cell phone), and within seconds Dr. Olds opens the door to welcome you into his office bright-eyed with a smile.         I have been to Dr. Olds' office for four visits because I am very active, with work, college, a five-year-old, and a disabled husband. I had many areas to work out, but now I have none. I am most impressed how Dr. Olds and Baylee are personable, fun but more importantly, Dr. Olds is a good listener, and Baylee teaches me how to do the exercises that I can do independently at home. (although I do not have time)         Today Dr. Olds revealed his hidden talent (I did not know he had) when he adjusted my back and neck. The adjustments were AMAZING!         I look forward to the weekly visits with these two exceptional individuals regardless of the very little sleep I get from my busy life. My pain becomes less with each visit. Thank you Dr. Olds and Baylee!!!

Maybe the service is wonderful BUT I am going to comment on the scheduling…read more You do not go through the doctor or the doctor's office, you go through a company. Upon trying to get my benefits checked, I had to call them numerous times back and forth for information. Airrosti was using an "online checker" to verify my benefits and apparently it was not giving the correct information. When I would call my insurance company, they gave me a number for the Airrosti company to call to verify benefits instead of using the "online checker". The Airrosti company told me to three way call, but my insurance wasn't down with that. They gave me a direct line number for Airrosti to call. I was told by Airrosti that they would call and I would hear from them to schedule. A day went by and I heard nothing. I called the Airrosti company back and was told they left a note in my account to just do a three way, they were not going to call and verify my benefits. I tried! I tried really hard to use this doctor and to use this company, but it was too much of a hassle on my end unless you are willing to pay the $213 out right. So if you are using insurance, hopefully your experience is not nearly as frustrating as mine. If you are cash pay, I'm sure you can get right in and be seen!

I want to take a moment to express my deep gratitude for the care Dr. Daniel Rose has provided me…read moreat the South Fort Worth location. He was the first to show me true care, empathy, compassion, and understanding during this journey with sciatica. From the very beginning, he encouraged me and was patient through every treatment, allowing me to cry out in pain, curse when I needed to, and giving me the space to recover before moving forward. While he humbly shares credit for my progress with my other providers, such as my physical therapist, I know in my heart that without him, I would not be where I am today. He has been the primary contributor to my progress, and for that, I will remain grateful. I will think of him with each step I take, knowing that while right now each step is still painful, this is only temporary. It is no surprise to me that Airrosti sees in him the same values I have experienced as his patient. His promotion is a reflection of the impact he has had on those around him, and while I am sad to see him go (to Lubbock), I know this new role will allow him to expand his reach and help even more people. Thank you for everything! Dr. Rose has truly made a difference in my life. With appreciation, Lynn Jameson
