"The Help" was far from helpful. The Administrative Staff was so unprofessional--they ACTUALLY discussed patient records where the whole waiting room could hear, and they werent shy about expressing negative opinions regarding patients whom they obviously didnt care for. On top of that? My appointment was scheduled at 1:40pm. I not only waited well over an hour just to enter the treatment room, but i wasnt seen by the doctor for at least 35-40 mins. I wasnt able to walk out to my car--visit FINALLY completed--until 3:45pm. Over 2 hours later. These people call themselves professionals? I call them as well as their bogus-ass "practice" a JOKE.
