In the middle of hot July I called them up for a blown out tire on the side of a curvy narrow road upon arrival i felt safe as tucker the driver took complete control of the situation while I sat in the truck out of the Triple digit heat I was assured that my car nor I was in danger from being hit by other cars speeding by. Further more they were friendly and quick in all parts of the transaction. Obviously this company is desperate for business. They tow cars from businesses and charge ridiculous prices to retrieve. Be careful. This is a scam. The businesses they tow from get a kickback. Total set up. Makes me sad to be from an area that I try to support local and have to wonder if I am getting taken advantage of because of the slow season. The worst experience possible. AAA contracted with Vista Towing for a fuel service that had rush priority because on the I5. With a Prioritized "rush" call, Vista Towing left me there for 2 HOURS before they arrived. 1st problem: the driver "forgot" to add fuel to his truck so he had to drive to the nearest city to obtain fuel and then head back. 2nd malfunction: the driver then missed the exit and had to drive past Camp Pendleton before he could double back. WFT?? What a total joke this twoing company is. Filed an official complaint with AAA, where I have been a premier member for 27 yrs, for a full review of Vista Towing's contract. read more

Gosh I seriously have the worst luck when it comes to locking my keys in my car, never fails I swear at least once every few months I get to my car and realize my keys are inside!
