The property is always well maintained, and the amenities are excellent. What really made the difference, though, was the management and maintenance team. They were always friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever I needed assistance. My move-out experience was just as smooth as my move-in, which says a lot about how well the property is managed. I truly enjoyed my time here and have many great memories. I've seen some of the reviews but I can't be that hard…read more I was in Florida for business of course and Mrs. E was with me. One property on the west coast and one on the east coast. We stayed here as a VRBO.one draw to the resort is a balcony. We love having coffee on the balcony in the morning and wine in the evening. The resort has Valet parking which I typically love but a little sloppy here. Back to the balcony. We were on a night floor which was advertised as the penthouse. Except there were two floors above us. Worst part was that the HVAC machines were on our side of the building which created constant noise. Big letdown. So in my business I can't help but look at things that are being neglected. Typically that's not a good sign. The pathway to the beach was not what the advertisement showed and much of the brick work was damaged and appeared neglected. They do have a restaurant on the property. We had breakfast there one morning. Not my fav. They have a store with beach wear but ridiculously expensive. Would we stay there again? I think I'll pass. You decide for yourself.
