They did a good job of clearing the beach of the nasty sargassum weed.

We like this place. South end of Singer Island. Nice beach. High prices. Steep climb out of the ocean can be difficult for some.

I've been vacationing here for about 20 years now. I like it a lot. It's a terrific place for families. For me it's the combination of the beach and the pools that make the trip. Like other Marriott timeshare properties it has outdoor grills so you can cook a nice meal yourself. The rooms are clean and the other resort accommodations are just fine. There is a marketplace shop that you can buy necessitates at, including breakfast foods. There is mini-golf and a small splash park for the kids. There's a kiddie pool for the very little ones plus two large hot tubs and an adult pool. Also a small gym. Definitely recommended.

Fast check in We had a very spacious room with a beautiful balcony in a sitting area that had a great ocean view... Highly recommend staying here

Stayed here for 5 days 4 nights. We have a king bed with small kitchen (sink and plates etc.), no cooking surfaces. We rely on the microwave. Our balcony overlooks the parking lot. We enjoyed our room, it was simple and comfortable. Although when the AC is off, I can hear someone talking next door. I feel safe in this resort, the elevators use keycards to access floors so random people cannot enter. Same goes for the pool area and beach gate. Theres a laundry room in the building and I love that it's free. Just ask them for laundry detergent. We grabbed a quick quesadilla every morning at the market place. It's very convenient as we stayed in the dolphin building right next to the main lobby. The smoothies are good, and we just ordered uber eats meals to the lobby for pickup instead of heading out to find food. The paper said we can get our room cleaned for a fee. A lady knocked on our door to ask if we needed a cleaning so I wasn't sure if we would be charged. When we first checked into our room, I had to have an electrician come in because our table lamps and outlets did not work. That was the only issue with our room. The guy came within the hour and fixed everything. Also our towel bar fell off the wall. It's been broken, they just left it like that for I don't know how long, that's why there was no towel on it when we first came in. We spent time in the pool in the day time and at night. One inconvenience is they do not have towels by the pools so you have to bring your own from the rooms. The pools are not very cold and the hot tub is not very hot, it's warm. On a Saturday afternoon there were loungers still available for use. We didn't feel like we had to fight for one. I saw there were beach chairs for rent, 2 days costs $110. We didn't spend much time on the beach but the beach is beautiful and there's a lot of seashells scattered. I like the resort but we will probably not be returning because the food options are not suitable for us in the palm beach area. There is not much Asian food. I do recommend this resort though. We had a lovely time doing nothing but relax in the pools and sleep.

We checked in for a week that we got through Redweek even though my parents own. We weren't treated well and got the 1 building we didn't want. The front desk didn't care. The activities department was top notch. The room was well appointed.

Dan and I have been members of Marriott's Vacation Club since 2010. Ocean Point is one of our favorite Resorts. We love almost everything about it except the difficulty finding shade. It's the same at most or maybe all resorts. Shade tends to be expensive. We enjoy Ocean Point. We have been bringing our daughters and their families to Marriott Resorts since our grandchildren were babies. We've made a lot of memories and we want our children and grandchildren to continue making memories here after we are gone. I am not sure if we can do that because we didn't create our trust before we bought points. Now it will be expensive to get the name changed on the deeds. There is a Facebook group just for Ocean Point guests. https://www.facebook.com/share/g/1ZMyxfgdHD/?mibextid=wwXIfr This site is helpful for those considering or planning a vacation here. It also gives you information about the Vacation Club Program.

I don't think water in the shower and tub should be coming out brown and even yellow. I stayed here years ago and the water was not discolored......now it is and they say it's normal. The hotel is pretty but I don't trust the water. The pool temp was nice and beach access was easy.

I cut my arm because the toilet paper is under a cabinet with a sharp corner. Ouch!

We used to stay here quite a bit so we thought we'd try it again since we have family over there. The room was hot the entire time, no matter what we put the AC on. The pillows were flat, the blankets were army blankets- very old. The mattress was old and not comfortable at all! The toilet paper was under a sharp wood cabinet so when reaching to get toilet paper I cut my arm badly and it's still messed up 3 days later. The person at the front desk was not what you'd expect at a hotel so near the ocean and a Marriott. She was borderline rude at check in. It's so disappointing because it's so close to everything, but when the room is that hot, sleeping is difficult! The door to get in the room was so difficult to open! My husband had to ram his whole body up against it to get it open. Marriott - DO BETTER!

We planned a long weekend visit & ended up choosing this hotel because of its location since we were also in town to catch a show. We arrived late as our flight was late but it was no problem check in was very quick & easy, we got room #8615. We had a nice room, comfy bed, good toiletries to use , it also had a fridge, sink & microwave which was very helpful for us since we were able to enjoy some left overs, sat in the balcony eating & enjoying the views. There was some construction in the outside area, aside from it being loud it didn't disrupt much. Very nice pool & beach area, everything is accessible w your room key. We enjoyed our time by relaxing by the pool & beach they have a bar restaurant that was easy for grabbing lunch & drinks. They also have a little convenient store for quick, bites , coffee etc. The hotel could probably use some upgrades to the property as it seems a bit outdated. Better access to a towel area, ice machines theres nothing where u can grab a drink at night even just a vending machine. This place was very family oriented as they also do have vacation homes on the property so this may not be the best choice if u are looking to be away from kids. We enjoyed our stay since our main focus was its location , availability for the beach & pool.

This place is amazing perfect for a get away with the family. Is by the beach and with so many activities for to keep the kids busy. The staff are really nice and always trying to accommodate all your needs. Totally recommend this place!!!

Without a car, what is the nearest place to buy groceries and alcohol?

Nothing within a reasonable walking distance. There's a local Lowe's and Publix and they both have delivery service.

But once you step outside your room door, it's like you've entered a completely different (and much worse) property. Service here is borderline nonexistent, especially in the kids pool area. We stayed during a busy period and the kids pool zone was an absolute disaster. Zero staff presence, no lifeguard or attendants in sight, and it was so overcrowded that it felt unsafe. Parents were on edge, kids were bumping into each other constantly, and there was no organization whatsoever. It was pure chaos. The resort was beyond packed. Elevators regularly had long lines of people waiting just to go up or down. Bar was unserviceable. People on top of eachother food going to wrong tables. Disaster. I've stayed at busy hotels before, but this was next-level. The concierge was an absolute joke. When we asked for recommendations or help booking activities, the responses were generic, unhelpful, and felt scripted. Every meal arrived as if it had been waiting for us longer than it should have, warm and inevitable, and we found ourselves thinking about the next one before we were finished with the current plate. The room stayed spotless. Housekeeping came and went like a soft reset of reality each day, leaving everything in its place, nothing out of order. The bed and pillows were unusually comfortable--deep, absorbing--and once you lay down, the world outside seemed to recede in a way that felt almost intentional. The soundproofing helped with that too. Whatever went on beyond the walls never quite made it in. In the end, it was an easy stay to slip into. Almost too easy. And when it was time to leave, it felt natural to think we might come back again... as if the place expected that much from us.

Very easy, lots of spaces. There's a QR code to pay, but my parking was free because of my ResortPass. I went to the front desk to check in. The two ladies there were super friendly and efficient. Check in took five minutes at most. I got a wristband and a key card and I was set. I went out to the pool took a look around. It was very early in the morning so it was pretty empty. I went out to the beach, also empty and very beautiful. Lots of seaweed on the beach, but the ocean itself was very clear and calm. I'm honestly not too much of a beach person so I decided to hang out by the pool so I went back and got a towel and put it down on a chair with an umbrella. The pool area is very pretty and kept very clean. There's plenty of towels for everybody. There is a guy who walks around and sees if you want anything to eat or drink and he comes around all day long again and again and again, so you never have to look for him. When I got there, it was very early in the morning and I wanted just a little iced coffee. So I went inside to the restaurant and I asked the woman for an iced coffee and she said I'd be better off going to the hotel marketplace which was literally just a few steps away. She could not have been nicer and more helpful and I really appreciated it. When I got to the marketplace I was able to get my iced latte and a little slice of banana bread and I took it back to the pool and enjoyed it there. Later on in the day. I had my lunch out by the pool, which was super nice. All in all every person I encountered at the hotel could not have been nicer or more helpful. The hotel itself was really pretty and clean. I really did feel like I was on a vacation. I loved my day at this hotel.

Soon my wonderful wife came down with our daughter and her friends visited for their Spring break, Mar., 2025. Then the three of us visited in Jan., 2026. We visited for six nights on this trip; after a longer-than-planned travel day (the airline routed us to the wintry north of Detroit in order to fly south... a nice compare-and-contrast we appreciated after-the-fact), we were pleased to meet Shawna in person; Shawna had been talking with my wife pre-arrival, and provided a de-stressing welcome. For this trip, we rarely left the property, in most part because I worked most of the days, in the room (see below). We did enjoy making food for ourselves in the room; there are two Publix, one just across the bridge and another just north, heading to Jupiter, maybe and extra 3 minutes further away. We enjoyed food at Reflections, including: - Sunday night special... ribs !! and a Miami Vice drink, while watching some of the football with the many other guests - burgers for lunch, including the especially good Rodeo Burger - with cheese and bacon!! - good drinks, with and without alcohol (alcohol-free pina coladas are good for any/all ages!) - gluten free pizza and wings The Activity Center offered 21 / blackjack, which was fun. We enjoyed a bit of soccer on the turf field between buildings. The hot tubs are nice, night and day Fun on the beach, getting sun, building sand castles, and walking along and enjoying the surf. The eastern-most point in Florida is about a quarter-mile to the left / north... you can see it from Oceana Palms once you know where to look... it is the one rocky outcropping that is present; just use a map on your app to confirm you are there... pretty neat! One main difference between The Breakers and any other hotel is that they never force you out of your spot just because it is 6 PM. If the staff has to leave, they let you stay on the beach for as long as you want. While the beach itself is not the absolute best in Florida, the natural rock formation gives it a beautiful, unique touch that is incredibly refreshing for the view. As we wrapped our way into reception we were greeted by Jasmine and she offered us tea or lemon water as we checked I , as we crossed our T's we were then greeted by a wellness member who toured us through the property to show us what the spa offered in our day to our choosing. Flora was the locker room attendee and the enthusiastically offered to take us to see the beach side entrance which we were so excited to hear. I want to greatly appreciate the duo working tirelessly and kindly on the beach; first thing in the morning they were moving the Lounge chairs, staking the beach umbrellas, bringing out towels all with a lovely warm smile and "is their anything else I can get you " attitude. It's not everyday you are greeted with sincerity and it was hugely felt. So to Loverage and Osama THANK you for going above and beyond and making sure to always look over and offer your time and support for my mom, who struggles with longer walks - but she was so happy to make it! Big appreciation for you both. Also, Jackson you made beach walking and hosting look easy. Your friendly attitude, big smile, and upbeat conversation carried our hungry thoughts to calm and easy breezy mindsets. I haven't seen someone not only balance a drink table but also food bags while walking on sandy shores with such grace in a while; you were awesome thank you for the Shrimp kabob rec they were scrumptious and tasty! Also I tried the mojito and it was cool , refreshing and had the right bit of kick for a sunny time fun experience. As a note , we only used the spa facilities and each space was unique and fabulous. Not only were the attendees in the room warm and welcoming but anyone you met while walking on the property always smiled and asked if we needed or were looking for something- yes Jeffrey thank you for helping us find the closest entrance back! As a Palm Beach local, there are places I still am Surprised when I stumble on or am gifted a chance to try. This is now a place when we have visitors looking for a "Miami" vibe treatment I will say- I have the place for you it's clean, luxurious, accommodating, Sweet and BETTER than anything South Florida will have to offer. Thank you to everyone brining joy for our Mothers on this day, I imagine you are like this everyday and that is where my heart will Keep you. Also we loved our Roses for the day too!

This is a really difficult review because I have been here before and had a great experience…read more I was planning a spa experience for my sister's birthday. I was having trouble online, my password needed to be reset and I wasn't getting the reset email in my inbox. So I decided to call to potentially fix my password issue. I spoke to a young lady who made me aware she could not help me with my password and she would transfer me to someone who could help me with a reservation. I was transferred over and over again. The first time I was transferred to the front desk of the hotel, then to another department and back to the front desk of the hotel; never to the spa. I then called back and asked to speak to someone that could help me make a reservation and I was told they were extremely busy and someone would call me back. I waited 24 hours and did not receive a call back. Normally, by now, I would've left this business alone, but it was really important to me that my sister got the spa weekend she wanted. So I called again, was transferred over and over when asked to speak to a manager of the spa. I stayed in a loop on the phone for over 15 minutes and spoke to no one who could provide me a manager. Eventually, I spoke to someone who gave me a phone number for a director just for me to call the director and leave a message. I left a message with the director's voice mail around 10 AM and here we are 6:36 PM and I'm yet to receive a call back. I feel like I've had to beg this company to take my money lol! I'm trying to book services. Overall, this has been a really bad experience and has put a bad taste in my mouth.

From the the front of the house to the back. The customer service here was excellent. The hotel is beautiful. The sitting area by the lobby was a nice area. I liked the decor. One of my favorite spots was the pool bar on the 8th floor. I loved the canopy over the bar. It was absolutely beautiful. I spend most of my time there. The pool was not to big but long. It had a nice view. I was happily surprised with the room they prepared for the soccer tournament with the multiple TVs playing the different games and the table games. That was a nice touch. This property has The Circuit that stops right in front and takes around the city. The hotel is in an excellent spot. Near, I found things to do and had fun. My time here was fun.

I absolutely love The Ben West Palm Autograph Collection, Ben Trovato Estate. This boutique hotel…read moreis simply exquisite. 'Ben Trovato' means "well found" or "well invented". From the moment of arrival to departure, we were treated very well. The Ben is breathtakingly decorated with greenery and art design to mimic the appearance and beauty of what Palm Beach represents. At check in, Angelina provided us with complimentary spring water in beautifully designed water boxes and our wristband room keys. The complimentary Paloma Angelina presented was sinfully delicious. What a great way to start our stay. Our waterfront rooms faced the Palm Harbor Marina with views overlooking the harbor, Codes (stainless steel and glass sculptures), and a view of Palm Beach Island and the Intracoastal Waterway. In room amenities included thick plush towels, soft robes and slippers. Closets also included a safe, full size ironing board, iron, and a steamer. Two large umbrellas hung in the closet in case of rainy weather. The bar and refrigerator were stocked with alcohol, snacks, and more water. The beds are comfortable and featured sheets stitched with The Ben's name and logo. Hotel amenities included a rooftop pool, glass elevator, gym, and room service. Complimentary bikes and shuttle services are available. Bruno, a Circuit vehicle, provides rides exclusively for The Ben guests anywhere within a 2 mile radius of the hotel. There is also a Book Butler that can bring you a curated and rotated book delivered on a silver platter! Tatianna, at the Front Desk, answered questions and provided good breakfast recommendations. Kevin, Bell Services, was also helpful. He made sure I had all the information on how to schedule a ride with Bruno and that we had water boxes for our trip and activities we had planned for the day. Kevin also provided good recommendations for places to visit and things to do. I would not hesitate staying at the Ben next time I am in the West Palm Beach. I am so happy we "found" this hotel! Ben Trovato!
