Regarding the people complaining about medical vs vision insurance, it really depends on what you're being seen for. Sometimes eye doctors bill medical insurance (like when I had pink eye), and sometimes it's vision insurance (like when I went to have my vision checked and contacts fitted). If you have one or both of those types of insurance, simply check with them before your appt, so you know what to expect and how much it will cost you. Leaving a bad review about this type of thing solves nothing. My only complaint with this office is that they really take their time. What took 10 minutes at Americas Best (now there is a TRULY AWFUL office!!) takes an hour and a half here. The appointments could definitely be shorter if they did their work a little more efficiently. An appointment of this type should really take about 45 minutes to no more than an hour. Anyway, I hope more people will take the time to leave a positive review for this quality eye care practice. It's such a shame that nowadays, most people only bother to leave a rating or review if they are angry about something.
