They had they the wrong phone number. They still wouldn't honor the appointment.

Unfortunately, I found that they really went after the money.  Two different eye drops.  Charging medical insurance along with Vision insurance. Previously visits with Dimino were completely covered by vision insurance. With Everlasting I wound up dropping a couple hundred before I knew it. Was led to believe there was an issue with my eyes! Glasses which were usually covered completely by insurance came in at $400... did not purchase. Now looking for a new eye doctor. I do not recommend Everlasting Eye Care 2

Absolutely great experience -- pro staff that communicate well, understanding and super…read morecompassionate.  Apparently some other people have had opposite experience of me but I just can't understand how... it's almost like they put their review on the wrong business or something?!  Like seriously, those people are on another planet :-/ Dr. MyAn Nguyen has taken -great- care of me, every single time I've been there. Two months ago I went in for contacts which I haven't worn in over 10 years, so it's almost like I'm a total noob.  Dr. Nguyen worked with me on a budget, gave me very clear directions on what to do at home as I continue to practice getting used to them, we've had a couple follow-up visits to tweak things, and everything has gone so well. Also, my granddad had glaucoma and so I'm at high risk, and the Dr. has explained to me how it all works and got me a minimal-fuss prescription that totally takes care of it (my numbers are way down into the good range now, instead of being up in the risk range). 100% top notch, definitely recommend.  Thanks again so much!!!

Dr. Clark and his medical staff- (those fabulous individuals you are fortunate to see, once you…read moreleave the receptionist area, and those who are supposed to schedule, return calls, and are receptionists). Dr. Clark and his staff of nurses and residents are phenomenal. They are consistently extraordinary, which I attribute to the exceptional leadership of Dr. Clark. Too often, there's a large disconnect between the scheduling staff who continually do not return calls, and multiple messages need to be left on each office's voicemail. If you're complacent, you may never receive a return call for any reason. Nearly every time you call any one of the office locations, you must leave a voicemail, which is supposed to be returned within 72 hours. The scheduling staff operates with no sense of urgency, nor consideration. My worst experience, by far, was limited to my sole visit to the practice's Collegeville office, where the lone receptionist is belligerent, and not the first nor last person any patient would want to interact with at a physician's office. When I drove to the Collegeville location, using Waze, there was no photo to see the strip of offices, including Opthamology Physicians & Surgeons, which are all located behind a car wash. As you will see in the photos, unless you've been to the office before, it is difficult to determine which of 3-4 driveways is the entrance that leads to the facility. My initial appointment to have my eyes measured was three months from my appointment, at the time I was informed about my diagnosis. It took repeated calls, every few weeks, and an unnecessary test of tenacity, to obtain an appointment nearly two months later, as opposed to three, and visit a location that required over a 2 1/2 hour roundtrip drive. Due to insurance issues, to determine where my surgery could be scheduled, which required the billing department to discern which location(s) would accept my insurance, I was informed at my appointment that I'd get a call to schedule in a couple days. The wonderful nurse with a fabulous demeanor, that provided all measurements of my eyes, was as sweet, efficient, professional, kind, and courteous as anyone could expect. I cannot pause her service enough. Three business days later, I contacted the Collegeville office, after reaching the voicemail at every other location. When the person who answered the phone was unpleasant, and quick to say "someone will call you in a few weeks", by recognizing her voice and tone, I knew she was the same receptionist who abrasively asked why I was taking pictures outside of the office, and in the reception area thereafter. Her tone was accusatory of doing something deeply wrong, and rude. Why she confronted me in a manner about taking photos, and had so much difficulty when I explained to her that Waze, the app utilized to provide directions, had no photos of the location, and that I also use the photos for reviews, she continued to question me, before abruptly sliding the glass window, as I tried to clarify from my seat. If not for the frontline staff, consisting of receptionists and schedulers, Dr. Clark has corrected these problematic issues There are few physicians I've ever encountered that are finer in the Ophthalmology field akin to Dr. Clark!

I'm on my last pair of contact lenses and do not have current eyeglasses and they told me they "don't do" sample pairs and couldn't help me get a limited prescription to get me through to December (the only office I've ever dealt with in my life who has refused this). I'm totally blind without contacts, and I guess I'm supposed to just be blind and unable to drive or work until December when they can see me, ha. When I made a comment about how much it stinks to be born vision impaired (capitalism at its finest, you have to pay to see!) the receptionist LAUGHED. So I guess the receptionist of this office thinks being disabled is a joke. Steer very clear. The next office I called in Phoenixville was immediately accommodating and made arrangements to see me this week.

I have been a patient with this office for over 35 years, I had previously recommended them many times. I am extremely saddened by our April 2022 visit. Our visit included interacting with the office manager Jeff. We were quickly taken aback by how he interacted with the staff at the front desk. Then when it came to selecting glasses we felt like he was pushy, rushing and dismissive. While we were at the office the pricing didn't seem right, but we were being rushed so we paid and left. I called my insurance company to clarify the charges. To start with my husband and I were both charged copays, my plan doesn't have a copay. Then upgraded services that I specifically advised I did not want were added to my order. I contacted Jeff after speaking to the insurance company, told him I was not happy, he tried to add on more charges! I cancelled our order and went back to the office to get a refund.

When I questioned Colonial Eyecare about it the office manager tried to gaslight me by saying "children's eyes/vision change over time". The Vision and Learning Center truly changed my life. I used to do these tasks with ease, and it started to feel so difficult. For years, I thought it was just anxiety and started to stay home more often. I was avoiding doing fun things with my friends and family because it was so stressful and tiring for me. My symptoms progressively got worse, and I started to experience eye strain every day. I was constantly stressed, exhausted, and overwhelmed. I just thought I was crazy. I decided to call the Vision and Learning Center to see if they could help with my symptoms. I immediately knew I made the right choice because they listened to me and validated what I was experiencing. After running thorough tests to get a better idea of what was happening with my vision, I was diagnosed with Convergence Excess. I finally had a reason behind the debilitating symptoms I had been experiencing for years. I started going to weekly vision therapy appointments and worked closely with Betsy, Amanda, and Dr. Malikkal. I can't say enough good things about these three women. They are welcoming, kind, supportive, organized, and so knowledgeable. I truly enjoyed working with Betsy and Amanda each week. They guided me through every exercise, answered all my questions, and made me feel so supported throughout the entire process. Dr. Malikkal was incredibly diligent with my evaluations and kept meticulous records to track my progress. I started to notice real results fairly quickly in my vision therapy journey. After 6 months of therapy, I have officially graduated, and I feel like myself again for the first time in years. I am driving with ease. I once again can enjoy being in stores and busy environments. I feel immense happiness, relief, and gratitude. I have gotten my life back because of the Vision and Learning Center. My Wife and I have gone to MyEyeDR for several years. Recently we needed to find a new Optometrist…read moredue to changes in insurance. I mentioned the Optometrist that I had gone to visit. I told Her that I was very impressed with He and His Staff. Upon examining my Wife He discovered that She has Glaucoma which MyEyeDr should have detected. Now my Wife has permanently lost peripheral vision in her eyes due to the negligence of MyEyeDr. I have a close friend who is a retired optometrist. He told me that he was always able to detect someone who has Glaucoma. I would highly advise anyone considering this practice to look elsewhere.
