I was then informed I had to go to their West Chester office to order the frame. Well having wasted my time, I went to Pinnacle and ordered my frames and lens.

She clearly explained every step of the exam and subsequent diagnosis. The office staff and techs were also top-notch - very skilled at their jobs and very accommodating and friendly. Call center cancelled my appointment the morning of via text message, Reason: Dr. had family emergency. When I was finally able to reach some one with the authority to reschedule me I was told the best they could do would be 12/24 or 12/26. Three months after my original appointment was cancelled!!!!!! BTW...my husband was able to see the same doc I had been scheduled with...he told her of my experience...she denied that she had cancelled any appointments and had not had any family emergency that kept her from work. She promised she would look into it. I am so deeply concerned and saddened by the change in management . This had been a top of the line practice since it opened. No longer true.
