The Kangaroo is likely a dish I wouldn't get again as it just wasn't my thing. Perhaps it was just the sauce/gravy and the Kangaroo was good. I'm not sure. Of course it comes with frites, which will be refilled by the server as often as requested. I don't care for mussels so I had some challenges with the menu. I settled on the shrimp croquettes with salad (and frites, cuz Belgium). Very well prepared and quite tasty, especially the salad dressing of all things, but the filling was much wetter than I prefer. Service was competent and professional, with the server even asking if we'd like the volume of the music turned down. Definitely worth it if you like mussels.
