As of today, I'm told they accidentally shipped the replacement blades to the wrong customer and I must wait for that customer to receive and return them before they can be sent to me. They put the responsibility on you to check each and every part of the box; they expect you take everything out from the packaging and inspect. And if you don't, well you're just unlucky if you find anything missing or damaged as you start to install the light at home. This is what happened to me -- 2 of the 6 glass enclosures were damaged (which you can't see unless you open each individual styrofoam box, remove the enclosure from the box, remove the plastic and inspect like you're buying a diamond). So, when i found 2 of these broken and called to discuss a replacement with the shop, these people wouldn't just listen! And how do you feel when after 5 minutes on the phone they tell you that "I don't have time for this..". Thankfully, the manufacturer's staff was kind enough to order a free replacement, and were shocked to hear that they have retailers like these selling and representing their brand. So, yeah, never buying again from these guys.

We found Yaniv of Chandelier Master to be perfect for our job. One was a 40-year old Waterford crystal chandelier that had belonged to my mother-in-law. The other was a vintage triple-glass globe affair, very intricate. Yaniv was extremely careful. He took each down, disassembled them, and even cleaned them. Then they were carefully packed up, because we don't know how long it will be until they are hung in our next apartment. Having him come to our place and take care of this in a matter of days, before the new owners moved in, was a huge help to us. We even asked him hang up the cheapie replacements we bought at Home Depot, and he did that too for just a little more.
