Everything from stunning kitchen faucets and sinks to bath fixtures, shower systems, and some of the most gorgeous decorative hardware. They also offer wellness products like saunas and steam, all under one roof. I incorporated several of Ultra's light fixtures into a showroom I recently designed, and they were absolute standouts. The quality, aesthetic, and pricing are exceptional, and having the ability to see so many of their products installed throughout the IDC building gives designers such a helpful "real-world" perspective. I called Denver LED Direct, Ryan, the owner was so kind and told me to bring everything in and that one way or another he was sure he could help. And sure enough, he had all the connectors, cables and power transformers needed to make the signs work using the Amazon LED strips. He even gave me a tutorial on how to use the connectors. I have spent several thousand dollars a year at this store over the past decade. I placed a featherweight 2 inch by 2 inch box with a tiny light bulb in it on the stainless steel side table of a display grill while I bent over to tie my shoe. I was absolutely skewered and belittled in front of the whole store by an "older" woman working there yelling that I was damaging their property. I thought she was joking and laughed it off until she kept going treating me like a hoodlum. There were six other employees around and none asked her to calm down which I found really strange. I walked out the door and have been too traumatized to return. This was my second bizarre run in with this employee. I now give all my business to Cherry Creek Ace. Too bad.

I trust him. Never cools. So from day one it's not working and now with old fridge broke I've had no working fridge two weeks I complain again and they are sending a warranty service (different company) to repair in 1-2 days So you get a fridge, delivered defective, they come out multiple times and then kick it to warranty. Heck even Home Depot would have had me a replacement by now. So just so you know if they give you a broken fridge it's basically "call manufacturer" Maybe if they deliver something you can test right away it's better. Don't buy fridges here

She took her time and made sure all of our questions were answered. Naturally, we decided to go back when our GE oven finally died - well, the heating coil caught on fire. Being 25 years old, we decided not to repair it this time. This experience was horrible. The salesman showed us one oven - I never heard of the brand. I was interested in seeing the GE ovens, compare them with the Bosch. No, he would not show us the GE models. I asked to see the floor model of the Bosch oven that was listed on their website to compare prices and quality. He pointed in the general direction of their warehouse. I walked in, looked around but it was pretty full - I could not find it. He did show us the Bosch ovens at least - so one point for that. I was ready to leave, wondering if I could maybe find the original paperwork for the dishwasher to get that fantastic saleslady's name. But, we made our way to another business to purchase a Bosch oven.
