After a bad experience at another similar business, we tried this place. I had heard about them before but never have had a chance to visit their showroom. We arrived just after they opened on Sunday. The lady said someone would be with us shortly. Jason came out, dressed very casually. He apologized, saying he was working in the back. It was actually nice, maybe even comfortable. Unlike the last business, he actually showed us the brands we wanted to see. He was not pushy and answered all our questions. And he gave us time to discuss the purchase in private. In the end, we were very happy with the price of our Bosch oven. Delivery and installation was exceptional as well. Recently I had to replace my range, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Because I had excellent experiences with Mountain High when my refrigerator broke years ago, I returned. Roger Lopez was patient and exceptional at helping me select appliances. He was diligent in looking for rebates and discounts and kept me informed of delivery dates. He was even able to get everything installed 2 weeks ahead of schedule. JV was incredible installing everything. The original installations of the vent and range were done incorrectly 15 years ago. JV fixed the problems and ensured everything was installed correctly and working. Mountain High is no more expensive than big box stores, particularly when you consider the service, professional installation and follow up. read more

The past two weeks I have had some issues with the refrigerator so I went in to the store after calling and got no help. After speaking with the receptionist ( who made a rude comment to me) and customer service I was to have an appointment last Thursday. However because of the snow it was cancelled and I was told someone would call on Friday to reschedule. No call. So Monday I called and they assured me they would get back to me that day to reschedule. No call. I'm extremely disappointed in their customer service. We had to replace built in appliances that were 36 years old. The problem was that those were not the standard sizes today, every appliance is just that much bigger. We couldn't just buy any new appliances and drop them in the same opening. They would need to cut cabinets and counter tops to make them fit. NEVER Ever EVER EVER would I do business with Mountain High Appliances. EVER. They came recommended based on reliability of delivery time/procurement and competence of installation and aside from the sales process it has been a complete S-show from start to finish. PROCUREMENT: Order date in Oct, ETA for appliances was to have been March, I gave myself a one-month buffer. It's June and I'm still waiting on a panel ready component for my fridge. The range? NOVEMBER I ordered a specific $25,000 appliance package because I was assured it was experiencing fewer delays than the ones with the red knobs but certainly not the case. SCHEDULING: Two months out currently. So given that the panel for my fridge is not ready (long story but multiple promises that it would be available for quick delivery) next available delivery date is in two months. What that means is that if Mountain High fails to procure an appliance on time, even if it arrives in their warehouse one day late, you will experience a two-month delay in receipt given their inability to deliver in a reasonable timeframe. They were scheduled from 1 to 3 but showed up at 9am. I had people coming to add outlets to get ready for appliances in the morning - but they showed up early so I was not prepared. INSTALLATION: Half assed and incomplete, dishwasher not fully installed, I had to pay my contractor for a day of labor to install my appliance package BILLING: Despite not having received my range I was charged $11,000 for it. I honestly don't know what I am going to do, I will have to deal with these people at some point but this experience is absolutely driving my insane. Their appliance packages should come with a credit for mental health support. I know I sound hysterical, but we had all of our appliances removed anticipating we would receive new ones in a realistic timeframe and it has been piece meal. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. I would encourage you to order only items that are in stock from somewhere anywhere not this place. An absolute trainwreck of an experience. read more

We were doing a kitchen rentivation so we bought a entire GE Monagram kitchen. 2 dishwashers, wall oven, 5 in1 wall oven, refridg. and induction cook top. The sales person Shane Beasly was great in explaning different brands and features. I was pleased with the pricing (good value), Shane and delivery .. BUT ... once you the consumer have it Mountain High doesn't return calls. I left 2 VM's for Shane. We have had several problems. While I understand the sevice is from GE, not Mountain High. We've had basiclly a non functional stove top since May. GE has replaced the glass top (took 3 trys (1st one came in shatted, 2nd one w/ a huge scratch and finally a 3rd one), repalaced the board twice and the left front burner once) and it still doesn't work. All I wanted to know is if with Mountain High's pull with GE could they help in possibly getting it replaced instead of repair, after repair, after repair. Also one dishwasher had a repair and now the other one is unusable due to a leak message. We now have 6th service call into GE. Hopefully they can get it fixed read more

Top-notch service and product selection. We purchased around Black Friday and worked with Matthew. He was super patient as I changed my mind a couple times. Also, one of our appliances, a fridge, was backordered (not Mountain High's fault) and Matthew helped me get all of our rebates pushed through once we receive our fridge, even after some of the rebate timelines had lapsed. I cross-checked all of the prices at Mountain High with the Black Friday pricing at Home Depot and they were exactly the same. Mountain High was very helpful every time I called and promptly had a service tech at our home. I was happy with Mountain High but not thrilled with the extended warranty company. Sale process was informative and very helpful in Oct 2020 when we chose and purchased our Bosch 4 pack for $9,000. Once paid absolutely NO FOLLOW UP. We asked for delivery in Dec 2020. We bought our Miele appliances from Mile High 13 years ago, and have had excellent service on them all during that time. Today, Russ came out to check our kitchen for installation of new Miele microwave and oven, but he found issues with the set-up we have, needing an electrician to rewire for increased amps to microwave, and plumbing for steam function. Lots of $$$! but then he also mentioned that combo units could use the amps available already and steam is optional, so we switched to Thermadore for the new unit. I would never ever purchase anything from Mountain High Appliance and I strongly suggest others do not use them as well. Mountain High was recommended to me since I needed new appliances for a kitchen remodel. The sales process was fine. My sales person was very knowledgable but since the initial purchase everything went downhill from there. I spent close to 17K on appliances and install fees. I would have been treated better at Home Depot or Lowes for purchasing a single appliance. Customer service was non existent at Mountain High Appliance. I had picked out an install date of July 3rd, 2023. Several weeks before my install date I started receiving automated phone calls with different delivery dates much earlier than the agreed upon date. I called customer service to straighten it out but still continued to receive automated calls with incorrect delivery dates. On July 3rd a team of three installers showed up to install all my appliances. The lead tech seemed to have issues/troubles with almost every appliance. He kept saying Shxx over and over during the install. He had issues with the double oven, hood vent, and cooktop installs. He told me the hood vent wouldn't fit and he wouldn't be able to install the double oven either. I called my contractor who came over and fixed the double oven in less than five minutes. The installers took the hood vent with them when they left. After several phone calls by my contractor to my sales person it turns out the hood vent was the correct size but I had to wait until July 28th for another install team to come out to install the hood vent. On July 28th another team came out and my contractor was there as well in case any issues arose. The hood vent was extremely heavy and the two installers struggled to hold it up. Three jacks were put on top of my brand new cooktop to hold up the hood vent while they installed it. When the tarp and jacks were removed I discovered two of the three burner grates were broken into several pieces and there were two dents and scratches on the black enamel in my brand new cooktop. I reported this to my sales rep who told me to contact customer service if they didn't call me back in a few days. Of course they never called me so I called the following week to see about getting replacement parts. I was told parts had been ordered but they were not able to give me any other information. A few days later a new burner grate arrived but it was broken out of the box. I called customer service again. Keep in mind I had two working burners out of six and eight guests arriving from out of town for a memorial service for my husband who passed away a few months ago. I expained this to Mountain High customer service but they couldn't have cared less. It was very disappointing. I asked about replacements and was told they had been ordered but they could not give me an ETA or a tracking number. I emailed my sales rep about customer service and their lack of providing any helpful information and my sales rep didn't respond. Needless to say I had to navigate two working burners with eight house guests over the weekend of my husbands memorial service. The following week a new burner grate finally arrived getting me four working burner grates. LG repair called me on August 11th to schedule an onsite repair for the damaged enamel on the new cooktop. I mentioned I was still waiting for the third burner grate. LG overnighted it to me and guess what, it was broken in three pieces when it arrived, (see the attached picture). It's now August 16th and I STILL have only two burner grates. Keep in mind my appliance install date was JULY 3rd. Mountain High has never reached out to me once. I've always had to call and follow up with them. I'm not sure where to go at this point. I would never use Mountain High Appliance again. I'm extremely disappointed and I will tell anyone who asks to stay far away from Mountain High Appliance. read more

Great carpentry work to place my appliances in existing cut out spaces. This was our dilemma until Mountain High came to our rescue. Even when the brand name manufacturer refused to help, Mountain High stepped in and made sure we were taken care of. DON'T DO IT. THE REVIEWS ARE TRUE! This is your warning. Despite what we were told, we ignored the reviews and did business with Mountain High. Our salesman, Randy, was pompous and rude but they had a very nice manager whom we worked with well. We ordered 4 pieces for our kitchen. The pieces were GE Cafe and with the install they were close to $10,000. It took over 8 months for all the pieces to come in and they came in a piece or two at a time. We were told to buy the extended warranty once all pieces were delivered. Unfortunately, I went into the hospital several times from March to May 2021. When the last pieces were delivered Mountain High did not follow up with us and my wife was a frantic mess between me in the hospital, her job, and the house remodel. Last month the ice maker in the fridge went out. The very good manager at Mountain High is no longer there, the salesman was rude as always and did not bother getting back to my wife. They do have two new guys running the show, The first is the manager, Jared. Jared is feckless and handed the call to his underling, Scott. Scott told me over the phone that this "kind of thing is on the consumer and Mountain High does not take responsibility for any consumer issues". Of course, he did not put the same verbiage in writing. What he did do is offer to "try" to sell me a warranty that we could pay for in advance and "possibly" benefit from. I called the company whose warranty they were trying to jam me with and the nice gentleman told me they do not work on GE Cafe and they have told Mountain High this on several occasions. He also told me he did not know why Mountain High continues to sell this warranty to unsuspecting consumers. We then called GE and the gentleman told us that Mountain High Appliances is the number one most complained about retailer they have. If you do business with these crooks please do not say you weren't warned. This is a terrible company with a history of ripping off consumers, horrible customer service, and no ethical sense. Recently, we bought laundry appliances elsewhere and laughed at the thought of giving Mountain High Appliance one more dime. Terrible company!! read more

Update of my previous review. Still, Mountain High Appliance has not taken any ownership with the install of our dishwasher. A bracket was bent during the installation by mountain high installers. Our dishwasher began leaking. Our wood floors were damaged as the installers had no regard for our home. No apology, no ownership. Terrible customer service. It is completely unacceptable the way your customer service/operations manager disrespected my wife. He has complete incompetence. BRAD BARNETT YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED. This is how you lose customers. We used Mountain High Appliance for a new induction cooktop, and were very unhappy with the service. We knew from research what we wanted, so our purchase was very simple and easy. From there, though, things went downhill. We could not get return calls, had no idea what the installation schedule was, and could never get an answer. Twice the scheduling office told us we were on the calendar, for days we were not available, because they didn't call first. The installation guys were great - on time and professional - but by the time we had it installed they had had our money for three months. Having seen many commercials on TV for Mountain High Appliance, I, erroneously, thought that if I purchased something from them that I could expect excellent customer service equal to their excellent high end line of merchandise. Boy, was I wrong! What I should have done was checked their reviews since many of the issues I read about, I also experienced. Let me tell you about my experience... Went to the Littleton store on Aug. 30 to look for an induction stovetop. Found one we liked and was told it was in town and would be available for a scheduled delivery in 5 days. Thought that was a little unusual but 5 days is OK. My wife and I discussed this and decided to order the stovetop . After we went back to the store on Sep. 1, (2 days later) now the stovetop (still in town) would take 12 days before being available. Why? No specific reason but we'd be contacted by Sep. 13 with a scheduled delivery date. Received an email on Sep. 12 stating that the anticipated time that the stovetop would arrive for scheduling was now the end of Sep. I wrote back questioning why the extended delay in getting something shipped from in-town, and once it did arrive, could Mountain High work with me on the scheduled installation since I needed an electrician and a counter installer to cut the stovetop opening to make room for the new, larger stovetop. Never got any response to that email. Finally, on Friday, Sep. 29 when I hadn't heard from anyone, I called and was told the stovetop was indeed in! I asked for scheduling, was transferred and got their voicemail. 4 hours later someone called to schedule and was told their first opening was Oct. 16. Talk about customer service!?! The installers show up as scheduled carrying a 40 lb. box with my induction stovetop. I kiddingly said to them that this should be an easy install since we already turned off the gas, removed the old stovetop, had the opening enlarged, had an electrical outlet installed and removed any and all obstacles to installation. Nope! Pretty soon they asked about turning the power off to the new outlet since some induction stovetops have a 3 prong plug and others a 4 plug. Did anyone from Mountain High check beforehand and let me know? Nope? My electrician installed a 4 prong and the new stovetop had a 3 prong. Now there was no charge for this adjustment but it could have been completely avoided had SOMEONE done some planning and informed me at some point in the last 6 weeks about this possibility! OK, the installers have changed out the 4 prong outlet for a 3 prong and are ready to install the new stovetop. As mentioned, the box weighed 40 lbs. and the actual stovetop 34#. As these guys are taking the stovetop out of the box, they DROP it on our hardwood floor! Fortunately, the stovetop works but I now have a nice gash in my hardwood floor. The installers finished with their "damage" and leave with a nice mess that my wife and took an hour to clean up. I thought I was done with Mountain High but I recently went to their website and show something about "Rebates". Upon further review I found that there is a rebate from the manufacturer for those who need to have the stovetop opening enlarged to make room for the new stovetop. I spent $300 to have that work done but can't apply for the rebate since some of the requirements were before and after pictures, and we didn't do that since NO ONE at Mountain High said a word about any rebate! After a lovely experience with the selection of an entire suite of appliances, we were shocked at the botched delivery. The delivery team from Mountain High damaged three of the appliances, scraped and gashed our new wood floor and chipped our new cabinets. Dishwasher: installed incorrectly and was not flush with the counter. Double Ovens: While carrying the unit into the kitchen, we watched the installers crash it into the island and then basically drop it to the floor. Once installed, we found a 1.5-inch gash in one of the doors and damage to the floor. Refrigerator: There were several dents in the freezer door and a leaking water dispenser. Installers left styrofoam and blue tape inside until we asked if they would finish removing these packing materials. Hood: No cover over the venting. Didn't have the mollies to install the hood. Our contractor gave them to the installers. Then, they chose to not screw the hood in, in all places. It took 6 weeks to resolve the hood issue. There was zero urgency on the part of Mountain High. I was left feeling like since we had paid, in full, they were not too interested in resolving the issue. When the installers left, they also left a pile of paperwork, screws, metal plates and miscellaneous detergents and other items that obviously came with the appliances. This fascinating assortment was just thrown to the island countertop and when sorting through it, I happened to find the convection thermometer amongst this heap. read more

And, I could not get my GE Cafe range connected to WiFi; so, he and Ben came out within the hour and got it connected for me. The customer service here is abysmal. We ordered a full appliance package in November 2020 and were required to pay in full. This equated to over $20,000 worth of appliances. We received a call in March saying our appliances were ready, but our house was not completed until May, so asked to move installation to May. Come May, our dishwasher arrived so damaged that it could not be installed, our dryer came with a huge dent on top of it, our oven/micro combo was backordered, and our range was installed, but needed two repairs before functioning properly. We were given a new dishwasher delivery date of November 2021 (13 months after our initial order and after receiving a damaged dishwasher). I understand that there are major COVID related supply chain issues, but ever step of the way in this process, I have had to proactively reach out for any kind of service. Then I follow-up. And follow-up again before any sort of solution is reached. I am very unsatisfied with the level of service, especially for how much we paid. Knowing what I know now, I never would have paid in full upfront. If you plan to buy from here (which I would not recommend), I would negotiate a deposit versus pay in full. read more
