All the staff we encountered were all lovely! We also added on the leg compression and sea salt room while we waited for each other, which made the visit feel extra relaxing and well worth it. When we first got there, we changed into robes and then we were offered complementary drinks whether we wanted wine, a mimosa, tea, coffee or water. Then we did a couples massage and afterwards both got facials in separate rooms. The facials alone felt like a super relaxing experience because it included a foot massage and shoulder massage as well. They have a really cozy lounge area that we used in between the two services where we got to relax and enjoy our drinks. It was a Friday afternoon, but surprisingly there weren't a whole lot of people. Altogether, the best spa I've been to!

My experience…read moreturned sour when Sara Chaffee walked in, she had a med student that neither her nor him introduced. Her bedside manners were rude, she really could learn a lot from her staff! After she examined my wounds, she left and after 10 maybe 12 minutes of sitting, I went outside to ask if they were done and she replied yes. But never sent the young lady back in to cover my wounds, luckily I had my own supply. I let her know I used my own and her reply was "awesome." No apology for not sending the young lady back. She's horrible and they need to teach her how to deal with people. The first doctor that was working along side her was great, maybe Chaffee should shadow her! I will NEVER go back if she's the doctor I need to see. Kudos to the front desk staff, the assistant that took my vitals and the first doctor (my apologies I can't remember your name). To Chaffee and your med student, go back to the drawing board on how to treat people because you suck at it!
