First she talked with me about my skin concerns and overall routine. Then she gave me a breakdown of what she would be doing over the 1 hour facial. The time literally flew by and I was so relaxed by the end. My face is a little red (but we did do a fair amount of extractions and my skin is pretty sensitive to begin with!). But here's the true measure of a standout business: even though I didn't love the results, I loved the experience. My esthetician, Evelin, was careful and intentional with every step. She explained what she was doing, highlighted the benefits, provided a weighted blanket, and made sure everything was safe and sanitized between products.
