I only go to Vic at revive medspa for ALL my, facial maintenance needs. Like a car, sometimes you gotta tune up the hardware lol. Vic and his entire team are honest, exceptionally gifted at what they do, and Vic and his team always do their best to get you the best deal for your goals. It's as if the lines never existed!! She doesn't fill-up your lip (ie duck-look); she doesn't fill a line along the vermilion border (ie making top of lip stick out). She is an artist!! While the service itself wasn't bad, there wasn't anything that stood out. At other salons I've visited, the experience typically ends with small finishing touches--like applying lotion or a brief hand massage--but this service felt very basic. I still tipped Tia 20% because Honey worked me into the schedule during what would have been Tia's break, and I appreciated that accommodation. Unfortunately, once I got home and removed my contacts so I could see my nails more clearly, I noticed several details that became more apparent over the next few days. It appeared the polish wasn't properly sealed, and one nail had missing polish along the side before I ever left the salon. Since my nails were completely dry when I departed, I believe those issues should have been caught before the service was finished. For me, the overall experience wasn't worth the drive or the price I paid. The video of my nails tells the story better than this caption ever could. That said, based on my interaction with Honey, I genuinely believe booking with her could result in a different experience. The staff in particular, Yosan, was not only professional but also genuinely caring and attentive, making every visit a relaxing and positive experience. I've always been self conscience of my "double chin." It runs in my family and always something I have wanted to change. Thanks to KYBELLA and Revive Med Spa, i am! KYBELLA is the only FDA approved injectable treatment that kills all the fat cells in treated area. MY EXPERIENCE: (1st treatment-2 Vials) The day of the treatment- Since i am a weenie with needles the injector numbed the area of chin and neck to help for comfort. She marks out the area and a grid is placed that tells you where the injections will go. Once ready, she injects through the area, thankfully she was fast because it does get tingly and a slight burning feeling from the medicine. They give you an ice pack to put on immediately to help with the burning and it helps tremendously!! I was swollen right away but they told me that was to be expected. Day After (Day 1 Tuesday)- i was really really sore and my face blew up like balloon. It did not bother me at all with eating or sleeping. It just felt tight and sore. Day 2 Wednesday- i still felt a little sore but not so much tightness. I was insanely swollen and felt like if i shook my head all my chins would move with me. The area of the injections was still numb but they say the medicine does that for about 2-3 weeks. Day 4 Friday- what a difference!!! I still feel swollen and sore but i've bounced back very well. The swelling has gone down tremendously and i can actually see results! This has only been my first treatment and i cant believe the results that have came out of it. Buyer beware! This is not a reputable business. Do not trust Sonya (the nurse practitioner) who does the injections. She injected a syringe of Juvederm in my lips. After the swelling went down, there was a deep crease in the skin above one side of my lip (it was not there before). Additionally, the right side of my upper lip was bigger than the left side. When I returned to have her fix the problem she made multiple excuses as to why it was not her fault and in the end said I had to buy more Juvederm to fix the symmetry issue. I was not happy but went ahead and bought another syringe. After she filled my lips, she claimed that if I purchased one syringe of Voluma for $799.00 and filled my cheeks, the crease (that she created) and my nasolabial folds would disappear. I felt that I should not have to pay to get rid of the crease but decided that I would do it because I wanted to treat the nasolabial folds and this would address both. After injecting the Voluma, I realized that she lied to make the sale. The Voluma did not cause the crease or the nasolabial folds to disappear. In addition, after the swelling went down, the left side of my upper lip was larger than the right side and my left cheek was larger than my right cheek. When I returned two weeks later to resolve this these new problems, she had an attitude and was clearly angry. She claimed she saw no problem with my lips and cheeks. She further stated that I needed to purchase 6 more syringes of Voluma (an additional $4790.00) to get rid of the crease and my nasolabial folds! Needless to say, I will not be going back again. read more

I have been in the Spa and Wellness Industry for 10 years and have had just about every type of peel under the sun. I am truly blown away at how effective, painless and amazing the ViPeel was especially after just 1 treatment. I have had acne since I was 12 and it has not stopped and now I have adult cystic acne, enlarged pores, along with overproducing oil glandes. As a result an uneven skin surface, acne scaring, blackheads that are oil based and discolored pigmentation. After one ViPeel all of these areas were addressed and dramatically improved. The treatmetent useses litocane to numb the skin prior to the treatment and I will tell you the worse part of the entire treatment was that the smell got very overwhelming but it was over very quickly. The second day my skin felt a little like windburn but very tollerable. You also get a kit of products to help with the treatment results, itching post pill and the flaking of the skin. I lucked out finding this place! The first time I came to Revive I was planning to just get a facial. When Sarah met me, she took the time to ask me about my skin goals, concerns and to make sure I wasn't taking any medication that could impact my results. I told her ageing was my #1 concerns and I was thinking about getting Botox. Sarah suggested that instead of the Brightening Facial, I might want to consider the Vi Peel. She told me that if I combined the Vi Peel with Botox, I would see the best possible results from the 2 treatments. Luckily, I was able to switch to the peel and then see Vic for the Botox all in the same visit. I saw an immediate improvement in my skin. At checkout, Vic helped me sign up for the Alle app (FYI its free) and helped me get a discount on my Botox! I was so happy with the initial results, I just went back and go the ZO Brightening Facial that had originally planned to get and the results did not disappoint. She took the time to understand my skincare concerns and explained every step of the process, making me feel completely at ease. I truly didn't foresee spending 2k and then the owner Vic ripping me off an additional $600 and injecting the wrong product as well as lying to me, not taking responsibility or giving me my money back that was his mistake of $600. Beware of this place this owner is a conartist and is very narcissistic in a covert way. He is the injector and does not disclose he is the owner so when he costs you more money he acts like he can't do anything about it . These people appear kind and sweet however they are only out to rip you off and do what they want to do not what you asked for. The $600 extra he cost me tells me how desperate he is as a business owner and clearly has zero class for taking care of his clients and representation of his staff and business. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Revive Med Spa. I got facial and filler treatments in an effort to look younger, and I am thrilled with the results. From the moment I walked in the door, I was made to feel welcome and at ease by the friendly and professional staff. They answered all of questions and addressed my concerns. Today was my first appointment for laser hair removal ever, and Sonia walked me through the process patiently. She made sure all my questions were answered and asked me how I was doing during the treatment. I was getting just my underarms done and it took under 10 minutes. I didn't have any other concerns after the treatment and didn't feel pain so I was happy! I'm looking forward to my next treatment and hopefully I'll see some great results! Both my mom and I got a VI chemical peel a week ago and we couldn't be happier with results! I peeled like a snake and my mom didn't, but we could see how much of a difference the VI precision peel made in the before and after photos for her! Loved it! From the moment I called to schedule my first appointment, everyone was very professional. The day of my appointment was also my birthday and I was greeted by the friendly front desk staff with a birthday gift. Vic was my injector and he's amazing! He did my treatment, but before that he listened to all my concerns about doing Botox and dedicated a lot of time to explain fillers. I found out about this place on Groupon and I have been coming here since may 2018 and fell in love with the people here. The atmosphere here is on another level! I enjoy the warm, cozy feeling rather than the typical blue and white that a lot of other medical spas seem to have. Iveth gave me my B12 shot, and I didn't even feel anything! She was super kind and made me feel comfortable the entire time, and even told me beforehand what the shot did. This was my 2nd facial in over 10 years because I hate things being put on my face but Faye was so super Awesome that I will definitely be coming back monthly. She was knowledgeable about everything for your skin and not at all heavy handed. My first time at Melange for Botox consult/begin injections was with Martha & Cheryl the…read morereceptionist. Both were very friendly, informative and I felt really positive about getting treatments there. Second visit I made was an appointment for filler & Botox. I was told that Martha would have enough time to do this. I arrived 15 minutes early. I was told that I had to fill out a questionnaire/release form on Martha's laptop that wasn't working/problems getting the forms to load. Clock is ticking... That day I felt that Martha was rushing and I started to think that I should only do the Botox which doesn't take as long. But I was disappointed that she said she didn't have time to do both-especially when I was told she would. I live 40 minutes away from Melange, so I wanted to make it work! Martha left at one point and discussed the issue with Cheryl and continued to come in and out of another office to try and figure out the issues with the forms. Clock is ticking... Left a bit frustrated especially since these treatments are very expensive, and you have to have several of them to get the desired results. Martha was obviously a bit stressed and wasn't as "warm" as she was during my first treatment. Left hoping next time would be a better one... Third visit I was still missing that welcoming attitude I received from my first treatment. I had done nothing to warrant this. Didn't cancel any appointments last minute, show up late, or come in grumpy, complaining or having an attitude about my previous treatments. I left them with my treated Botox areas slightly bleeding in so many spots unlike my first visit when I only had one tiny shot spot. Not good.* The filler was the worst part. I've had it before, so I knew what to expect. Martha told me to press down on the filled lines with a q-tip until they went down. WHAT??? Never heard of any one, let alone in my previous experience at another spa having to do that. Two months had passed and still bumpy areas where filler was injected. I reached out to Martha about this and she suggested once again to continue to press down on the lumps with a Q-tip. Now it's been at least another month and they have gone down about 50%, I pressed on them almost every day, but now they look like scars. I showed another nurse who works for a plastic surgeon I was having a consult with. She looked at my face and recommended that I don't go back to Melange, saying that the treatment wasn't done well. ( I called Martha "doctor" once and she quickly corrected me saying "Nurse", which I had no problem with). I spent over $4,000.00 for services and products at Melange and all I have to show for it is a bad filler job. I won't be going back again. *In their defense, I wasn't able to keep up with the Botox injections as recommended because of health issues, surgery, etc. Regardless, there's no justification for the poor results where the fillers are concerned. Those are a one-time treatment, at least for almost a year. I'm just thankful that fillers aren't permanent! Based on other reviews I read researching where to go, I was expecting so much more...
