Lifespan Integration, the therapy modality Justus D'Addario uses, is completely different than traditional talk-therapy. In LI, you don't do a whole lot of talking, explaining or describing. It's a somatic-based therapy. The mind and body are simultaneously employed to process the past and clear trauma. It's also quick!
