Came in after a car accident and the team here is amazing. They truly care about their patients which is a stark difference than some of the other branded chiropractors out there. Vital Life Chiropractic was recommended by my daughter-in-law who was very pleased with her results there. I had been reluctant in the past because I had been told that chiropractors don't accept insurance. NOT TRUE! On my very first visit I was greeted with smiles and positive vibes from the staff. Along with that was the aromatic fragrance and a welcome sign with MY name on it. I was given a tour of the facility by a very knowledgeable staff member with an explanation of the spine with diagrams and models. This gave me a feeling of confidence and relaxation in the care I would receive. I came to Dr. Bolar 10 months ago, after 20 years of injections in my back, back surgery, constant back pain, 24/7 pain meds and couldn't take a step without the aid of a cane. My first few visits I needed help just getting on the table. after 4 months I was completely off pain meds and after 8 months I was walking without the aid of a cane. I may be biased, because I've never been to a chiropractor before going to Dr Ronnie Bolar at Vital Life, however I cannot say enough how impressed and truly touched I have been by the staff and the doctor's friendliness, politeness, joy, willingness to explain every detail about the practice, about what I need to know about my body and my spine, and even a bit about neurology. I have a learned so much by being under the care of this Dr. Bolar, I continue to share with my friends and family, and I feel like I've gotten an education just by being a client! Not only that, but I have had incredible and remarkable results in removing the pain, tension, tightness, and overall dysfunction of my upper back, neck and shoulders. I really can't say enough about it! I'm sleeping soundly and without pain. I can exercise and go running and not have my shoulders feel like they're on fire later that day. BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AT A DOCTOR'S OFFICE! I don't know what I expected upon my visit, seeing as though it's my first time seeing a Chiropractor, but I was truly blown away. From the moment I first walked into the door and was greeted by Ms. Tracy, to the tour from Ms. Nadia, and the meeting with Dr. Bolar, I can say without a doubt they exceeded all of my expectations and then some. The knowledge sharing, the positive energy, the larger than life personalities IMMEDIATELY won me over. Oh! Let me not fail to mention this is a praying practice! The staff prays each morning before opening for business. I don't know what I loved more, the interaction between the staff and other patients, the obvious passion for their work, how kind they were to me, or the prayers. If only all doctor's offices provided his level of quality and service. This is my first time providing a review of any sort. I left the office feeling the need to tell people about my experience.
