This location is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was getting my federal compliant ID and had heard stories of people having to make multiple trips. I filled out a form and waited just a couple minutes for my number to be called. The person at the counter was friendly and helped me with my ID and two license plate renewals, with some nice conversation while she completed the registrations. All in, less than 15 minutes later, everything was done in a quick, professional way and I was on my way! Hard to believe you can enjoy an experience at the BMV but it's true! It was started to get built by architect Terry Brown in 1992 and completed in 2006. Terry Brown him self resided in it until his passing in 2008. There's so much fine detail, there's no wonder it had taken this genius man 14 years to complete this artistic masterpiece of a home. The spiral orange stair case was chained off not allowing access to the public. There was a car parked in the driveway as well as a surveillance camera. They also had a "no trespassing" sign. The land around, although very minimal is very well groomed and well kept. Something tells me there are people who currently reside here. That person said, "I can see the number you have," told me what it was, and told me that that the website would be fixed within six weeks so I could track them myself. Six weeks later, it wasn't fixed. I went back to the Social Security office AGAIN and waited for hours AGAIN. This time, another person told me that the website would definitely be fixed within two weeks. Well, another two weeks have passed, and guess what? The website still shows I had zero points, which is just plain wrong. Three months later? Still not fixed. Why can't they just make their website work properly? I've already been there nine times and wasted countless hours while they do absolutely nothing to help. To make matters worse, during a phone appointment, a "Ms. Johnson" insulted me. I wrote a complaint to Social Security. I received no acknowledgement and no apology. They did nothing about it, just like they've done nothing to solve my problem.
