80% fruit and maybe 10% açaí. Taste isn't bad just the amount really was disappointing

Crazy good alternative to unhealthy ice cream. Bowls are delicious and they offer something for everyone- açaí, pitaya, green bowls, coconut bowls and banana bowls. You can create your own or order one of their recommended bowls. You can also add any toppings you'd like. All ingredients are fresh! Great owners who want to provide a healthier option, with no added sugars like the others! I've tried a few of the bowl places around the area and this is by far the best! If you're in the area stop by, even if you are not in the area, stop by. I'll be driving from Sugar Hill just for this! They even offer fresh salads and smoothies. Stop in and say hi to Felipe!

Brand new açaí bowl/smoothie/pitaya bowl in Duluth, GA near the intersection of Buford Highway and Highway 120. Lots of couches to sit and relax while you eat your bowl/smoothie of choice. Very clean, very friendly. But most important of all...everything we had was very tasty. All the bowls are made to order with fresh fruit toppings. We ordered the Hurricane Bowl, the Sweet Macaw Bowl, and the Bee Bowl. All different and all tasty. We will definitely be back.

New acai bowl place in Duluth! Featuring pitaya, banana, coconut, and green blends too. I recently went to an acai place and I didn't like it, so I was worried I'd have the same result here. But like my cousin claimed, "you can actually taste the flavor here!" I got the Sky Bowl, which is banana-based, and it was delicious! They have a good ratio of toppings to base. We will be back :)

Love the açaí bowls. Very Reasonably priced. Delicious. They do not accommodate allergies so that it something to be aware of. Perfect to grab and go to downtown Duluth. hope they succeed

I forgot to take a photo before I started eating but very good. There was no wait and everyone was very friendly. Fruit was fresh!

The interior is extremely clean with white walls and a decent amount of tables to seat parties (one exterior table as well). There were plenty of patrons, but that did not deter the workers from giving me a top experience in explaining the menu and how the BOYB bar works. You are able to set up rewards here as well which is a big plus in my book. I ordered a Build Your Own Bowl which you can order in a 12 oz ($12), 16 oz ($14), or 24 oz ($18). Each bowl comes with one base, unlimited fruits, toppings, and drizzle. I might have went a little crazy and ordered too many toppings (since I was given the option), but I will say the taste/flavor in each was very good regardless. Next time I'm in, I will opt for perhaps 2 fruits and 2 toppings at most. I will definitely be trying this place again!

From the outside, it looks pretty tame and unassuming for a coffee shop, but the moment you step inside, it's like walking into a completely different universe. The interior is absolutely gorgeous. I kid you not, it makes you feel like you're sitting inside a real-life geode! The walls are lined with the cutest shelves and unique little trinkets. Their counters were stacked with all kinds of delicious-looking treats, and I honestly had a hard time deciding what to get. I finally settled on a chai tea and a caramel croffle. What really blew me away was how different this place feels from a standard chain coffee shop. The staff genuinely made me feel welcome and cared for. Within just a few minutes my order was ready. The chai tea tasted so authentic, not like it came out of a mass-produced bottle. And the croffle? Perfect. It had that beautiful subtle essence of a flaky croissant. And the caramel wasn't overly sugary at all so you could actually enjoy the rich flavors. I had the most pleasant afternoon here. If you're ever in the area and looking for a cozy spot to unwind, you absolutely have to check this place out! #ashsaidit #fyp #coffeeshopvibes #aestheticcafe #coffeelover #croffle #hiddengems #supportlocal #johnscreekeats #johnscreekcoffee

I was curious about their tea, but there was a winter combo at the time that caught my eye more. I got their hot chocolate, traditional beef empanada, and bulgogi BBQ empanada. It was my first time having such a flaky empanada. The dough is nice and tasted good, I like that it's baked instead of fried, which I'm more used to. Out of both the empanadas I got, I would recommend the traditional beef because of the unexpected raisins that worked pretty well with the beef filling. The bulgogi was alright. The meat itself was a bit dry but the BBQ sauce helped with that. The hot chocolate was milky and great for the cold weather. Next to ordering, there's a fridge for bottled drinks and chilled empanadas. At the time, they only had beef and bulgogi, but I think it's cool that you can bake them at home at a later time. Since Sweet Octopus and Empanada House are in the same building, they seem to share seating space and the bathroom, which is on the lower floor. Food comes out fast and makes for a nice quick bite. There's one empanada that's for vegetarians, though I'm not sure if they don't use eggs for the dough, so vegans should check on that. Sweet empanadas sound good, and if I were to come again, I'd prob get one to try.

I ordered the goulash and traditional beef which came up to be around $10, and didn't take too long for it to be prepared. I highly recommend if you're craving empanadas, but if not they also have other menu items like drinks and smoothie bowls. If you don't want those, Sweet Octopus is downstairs with their menu items!
