All three have been incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Kiss me recently moved locations and as expected, the new office is gorgeous. The front desk staff is incredibly helpful. Most recently I called looking for a weekend appointment in the morning for myself and a friend. They were able to get me scheduled for the following day (they're typically open one Saturday a month). Linzy was able to get my friend and I in and out quickly without making us feel rushed. I'd also highly recommend following them on instagram and signing up for emails to get notified about their monthly specials. Overall, kiss me has always made me feel very comfortable in what I would consider an intimidating space. Definitely worth booking with them!

Arrived and greeted by kind worker. Great new location! Given paperwork to fill out. Very nice reception area with a classy Christmas tree, t lighting and reception area too! Pink couch and cream chairs. Big screen TV up with music playing from it. Filled out paperwork and gave it to the receptionist. Waited to be called back and told you don't pay until the end. Called back shortly later and that worker was great! Very kind, upfront and honest. Quick chat and then the worker called the doctor and I FaceTimed with him. Seriously! Technology! . Very kind. Wow, how times have changed. He said I was good to go. She got going. Numbing put on my lips. Painless. Just a couple pinches. Then, before you know it, she was finished and lips are plump! No warm towels on my face and washed my face with baking soda out of the box which is not how that peel goes. She never asked if i was ok or laid a towel down on me. I left there with a stained and wet shirt. When I reported it to the spa how badly the treatment was, I got a reply as if they didnt care. When i told them i drove from out of town for these appointments they also didnt care. To drive that far and not have my scheduled nurse there or have the proper peel I asked for done was a big disappointment.

I don't have one of your cards. 1.559.325.7544 is the number I left my voicemail to you. It's the one you list on your website. You then say "I do not receive call receiving any text or call from you with your concern." I've never mentioned my concerns to you. On one hand you imply I didn't leave a message, on the other you imply I specified what my concerns are and they weren't left in any message. Both lies. Dishonesty is not a good look. Finally, you said this could have been resolved directly. I called you directly and left messages directly. How much more direct could I have been? LOL! -------------------------- Reached out to Lisa several weeks ago; left a friendly message for her to get back to me at her earliest convenience. As others have mentioned, she doesn't return calls or respect people who leave messages.
