I stumbled upon Renew wellness and saw what high ratings they have. I wasn't sure what to try first so I went with the Hydrabody package. The facility is super clean and you feel instantly relaxed upon walking in. Jeanie is the person who assisted me. She's probably one the nicest people I've ever met. Very kind and cares about her clients. The Hydrabody is a pod that you lay in with your head sticking out. It vibrates and massages your whole body while using red light therapy and it heats up like a sauna. It's good for detoxing, balancing hormones,inflammation and body aches. Jeanie knew it was my first time so she made sure not to make it too hot for me. After 30 mins, it honestly felt like I had a great workout. Just had my first of many parental massages from Eli. He is amazing. He listens to your problem areas, and then finds problem areas you didn't realize you had. He goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable, warm, and relaxed. He truly cares about his clients and wants them leaving relaxed and happy. I have a lower spine injury, and being 5 months pregnant, my lower back muscles are more tense than normal - Eli focused on loosening and relaxing those muscles and I feel so much better. She makes sure that the space is cozy and she always keeps the energy light and relaxing. I have received cryoskin slimming and teeth whitening treatments. Tiffany performs them with precision and it is obvious that she is passionate, dedicated, and a believer of what she offers. She is always sharing her knowledge, and she does it humbly. Tiffany is an enthusiastic person, and is in no way overbearing or boastful. Okok, I am supposed to be reviewing the business as a whole, and not just about Tiffany as a (delightful) person, but her sense of ownership to this business is exactly why I go to Renew Wellness. With each visit, I am constantly learning. From how the machine works, to how the procedure will flow, to why the results will be, and so much more, Tiffany always has a response to my questions and if she doesn't know the answer, she'll draw from her experiences to form an intelligent guess, but will get back to me once she research the issue. This spa is unique in so many ways, but specifically for cryoskin services, Tiffany uses the most recent cryoskin version - 4.0. You won't find it anywhere else. Ok, I am not an expert by any means, but here's my takeaway from it. I hope I didn't get it wrong.... Instead of being treated with a 3.0 wand that requires an operator, the 4.0 is now four heads that are secured onto your skin. At first, I thought the wand would be better because then the wand would be able to move around to treat more space rather than just four stationary heads that sits on my stomach. But then Tiffany explained that the 4.0 heads emit the coldness constantly and evenly, versus with the 3.0, the fat may not be able to effectively cool to the desired freezing temperature as quickly and efficiently since the coldness is lost when the wand moves from one area to another. Do the treatments work? Yes. I didn't go from big to teenytiny over one treatment, but I am also experiencing a lot of abdominal bloating that has nothing to do with these treatments. Regardless, Tiffany showed me photos from my first session to photos taken right before my third session and I can see that my body contour is different. It's not a miracle worker on its own, but if you follow instructions, you'll get results. Tiffany requires a consultation before the first session. While it's like, "Nooo I just want it and I want it nooow," I really appreciate Tiffany for implementing this requirement. There are certain things you shouldn't do a few hours before and after the treatment. She explains this thoroughly during the consultation so no plans are ruined. For example, no carbs before and after the treatment. Sauna is preferred after the treatment. No cryofacial if botox injection treatments were less than a month ago. No cryofacial if fillers and other injectables were done less than 3 months ago. Consider visiting Tiffany soon! Her prices are reasonable and truly, you get so much more value than what you are paying for. Booking is simple because she's responsive. The business building is easy to find. It is located on Shaw and there is plenty of parking for the business complex. The location of the suite itself might be a bit confusing because the doors to the suite can not be seen from the street or the parking lot, so you'll have to walk either behind the building or in front of it to get to the courtyard, and from there, you'll see her business sign that points to the suite. The spa shares a restroom with the other suites of the business building so I think you'll get a key for that. This business really adds so much value to our community. There are a lot of services I turn outside of Fresno County for because I feel like what I end up experiencing and receiving here lacks skills and professionalism. But I am happy and proud to stay within our community when there is Renew Wellness right here in Fresno. Thank you, Tiffany! read more

Eli, the medical massage therapist, is a true miracle worker. I was having surgeries every year for scar tissue and inflammation and I tried everything in the book until I found him. I have been seeing him for about 3 years and have completely rid myself of yearly surgeries, pain, and agony! He is a joy and I feel so comfortable around him that he even helped my teenage daughter with sports recovery and TMJ! His hands are magic, amazing pressure, and you never have to tell him because he will find the pain in your body and rid it! I also love that afterwards, I can lay in the Hydrobody or Sculpt Pod and get even healing from the red lights at a reasonable price! Booked a 50-min ashiatsu massage here this past Tuesday... just what I needed after all this crazy studying for board exams. Ashiatsu is an amazing experience. Only a few people on the island know how to make tension disappear with their feet! Tiffany is one of these amazing people! The pressure was perfect. In the beginning of the treatment, she asks if the pressure is good to make sure you get what YOU want. She plays soothing music using Pandora. I ended my massage with "Time To Say Goodbye"--- one of my all-time favs! I always look forward to falling asleep during my massage (which I ALWAYS end up doing towards the end!). Oh my goodness... Still a bit light headed and in dreamland while I write.this... But this was one of the best deep tissue massages I have ever gotten. I'm amazed with Tiffany's feet and what they can do. It felt like she used her feet 90% of the time but I could be wrong. Her feet are soft and meaty... And meaty is a good thing because you aren't getting jabbed by ankles or heels. if you like deep tissue, you will love this. The highlight of the massage was when she had both feet massaging my back and then, all of a sudden, her hands are rubbing my head simultaneously... oh..my..goodness.. Just finished up my first Foot Reflexology with Tiffany. She is located behind Coffee talk. As I walked into the room, I saw the bars that she holds onto when she stomps your back.
