I surprised my husband with a personal and private dinner party at our home. We had a 4-course meal. The food was fantastic! The personal service and mindfulness to detail was impressive! All I had to do was make sure I cleared my dining room table, and I cleaned my kitchen prior to their scheduled arrival. The chef and the assistant took care of the rest, from decorating and setting up the table to assuring that the kitchen was clean as it was when they arrived. The spinach dip and meatballs were good but the deviled eggs weren't good, likely because they were rushed and prepared right before event began. I told Chef MaryAnn that those wings especially wouldn't be enough for 60 people. Her response was 2-3 wings per person. We are grown people and that wasn't sufficient at all.
