Not only did they turn it around in time, I felt so taken care of. Nick and the team are truly amazing. They obsessed over the results more than I did, and wouldn't stop until it was perfect. I walked in and was helped immediately (by Zoe if I recall right) who had me fill out a form on an iPad since it was my first time there and then asked me what I wanted--which was just to clean up my brows & do some shaping/make it even on both sides. Let me just say this experience was magical listening to all the measurements was questions about design was awesome . I picked a heavy brown tweed with an awesome lining and let DeCarlos guide me so my suit would have a timeless classic design yet be unique. I was so pleased with the finished product he took hiS time and made sure the fit was perfect and comfortable for me. I cannot wait until my next visit.
