Absolutely loved it here. Shanya was my eyebrow specialist and I can't thank her enough. She did my lash lift, lash tint, eyebrow wax, eyebrow tint and upper lip. Obviously, the process is long so make sure you give yourself time so that you aren't rushed. Shanya gave me a mini consultation about what she was going to do and the color she recommended for me. I was very happy that it matched my hair perfectly. Then very simply explained the aftercare. The lash lift does look wet which they explain, but after a few days your lashes are for the Gods. Very happy with my brows. So happy that I brought my teenage daughter with me for a brow shaping and a lip wax. This location is very clean and does solid brow work with no attitude. No appointment necessary and I never had to wait more than 10 minutes. The location is great, right next door to my hair salon. They use a very gentle wax that didn't irritate me or my daughter. I went to Bespoke Brows' new location and FELL IN LOVE. Not only is the location beautiful & chic, but it's also SO clean!! They are also doing an amazing job following COVID protocols. Everyone is wearing a mask and you wash your hands as soon as you arrive. The technicians constantly wash their hands, change gloves, and clean the equipment/chairs/surface areas. I felt very comfortable and safe. Everyone who works there is so sweet too. But besides that, their services are AMAZING! I went for a lash lift + tint as well as a quick cleanup of my brows (tweezer). The before + afters speak for themselves, but I am SO happy!! They also save all of your tint information in their systems so it'll be consistent every time you come. They have a reward punch card if you come multiple times! They also gave me an "after-care" kit which was very sweet and thoughtful. I love my eyelashes/eyebrows and I can't wait to come back. Other people in the shop were getting eyebrow waxing and brow tints and looked amazing. This is officially my eyelash/eyebrow location. Definitely check them out!! read more

For those with sensitive skin be careful! The service not only irritated my eyes, it felt like the most painful sunburn stinging my brows but I also left with the oddest eyebrows because of the tint. The aesthetician was explicitly told what I was using on my eyes and said it shouldn't be an issue with confidence. That is the most infuriating part, she blatantly misspoke outside of her expertise clearly and now I will likely have to pay for a derm visit too! To add more insult she smiled and gave me a 10% discount for burning my brows, and likely irritating the skin around my eyes then gave me a loyalty card. I'm going to dispute the charge later and likely formally complain with their chain but this was wildly bizarre and upsetting of an experience! Do not recommend AT ALL. read more

She was really kind, and as she was doing my brows I noticed that the woman across from me was getting a super bomb lamination that I am absolutely getting next time I come in! Really great experience at Bespoke brows on 2nd Ave! I normally get my eyebrows threaded, but with the inconsistency and my wedding approaching in a few months, I thought I'd give this place a try. Definitely pricier than your typical threading BUT I will say that they take the time and effort to make it worth what you are paying for. I got the wax and tinting done- she walked me through what we were going to do- and made it clear the color of the tinting was not going to stay orange on my brows! She explained how she wanted to see how it attached to my brows and decided that we needed more time on the ends.... We then walked through what shape I wanted and what she thought was best, and she was spot on. She was quick but super thorough and meticulous with the waxing/tweezing. By far the best experiences I've ever had with my brows. I trust them 100% with shaping my brows because the communication is so clear as the shaping is happening (do you like how this is looking?) But my new favorite addition to my brow routine is brow lamination. I was a little nervous at first to try the process, but after a lot of research, I kept coming back to Bespoke. Best decision ever. Same amazing communication as the lamination steps are happening, and the results are so worth it. My brows look fuller, cleaner, and are now a favorite feature of my face. Great first time experience! Came in for a wax and was curious about the brow tinting as well. The space is bright and clean, and the team was really welcoming. Even though it is walk-in only, I waited max 10 minutes before being seen by a Brow Specialist. She totally listened to what I was looking to achieve with my brow shape, and she walked me through the tinting process. I think this place is great for brow waxing/tweezing and other waxing but I've had a few mixed experiences so I can't give it 5 stars. Overall every time I have done a wax the shape has been great and the staff is always friendly. One time it felt like the wax was a little more viscous and I actually lost some skin from my eyebrow and lip. But what my main issue has been is with the lash lift and brow lamination. I did the lash lift in October and one eye turned it great but the other was a bit of a mess. Many eye lashes had a severe right angle at the end and were a bit frayed. It wasn't so noticeable unless you were actively looking at my lashes though - but I also couldn't wear any mascara until most of those lashes were gone which has just started to happen. But my main issue is with the lamination - it turned it terribly. My eyebrow hairs are a frizzy mess. They look like they have a bunch of kinks in them, the texture is very dry, they stick out at weird angles, and it makes my eye brows look patchy. It's honestly awful and I'm basically just praying they don't fall out. I will say, I reached out to them after the first few days and the customer service was great. They gave me a free moisturizer and did a deep conditioner. The annoying thing about it is I am putting it on a lot and it keeps seeping down into my eyes. However, I wasn't warned at all prior to the lamination that this could happen, even though when I went back the stylist said she had seen it before. So I mostly just want to warn people considering the lamination to ask about the potential outcomes depending on their hair type. In the meantime I am praying that this wears off before my wedding in two months... But with all that being said I would definitely recommend them for waxing, tweezing, and tinting. read more

It's hard to find a walk-in only place that feels upscale, but this place is it! I've been coming here the last few months and they are the only people I trust with my brows in the city. The covid-19 precautions they take put me at ease each time I visit... they ask clients to wash their hands when they come in, they gather information for contract tracing, and they explain each step they've taken to sanitize the station. The last few times I've gone I've seen Rebecca. She always examines my eyebrow shape thoroughly, and holds up a mirror for me to follow along as she talks through her game plan before waxing. She knows what suits my face better than I do and I'm so pleased with how my eyebrows have taken shape since I've seen her.
