I was greeted immediately by the staff and was sat down right away, all tho it was a hour before close. The lady I had did an amazing job. I unfortunately did not get my nail lady's name but I will be going back !!

He used the dremel tool WAY too fast to where it burned my cuticles. When I winced he stopped briefly and I asked him if he could slow down. He did for a few seconds but then sped right up again. I asked for coffin shape and got uneven squares, which looked bad. The paint job itself was good though. I ended up cutting them down and rounding them off myself. I also didn't realize they didn't take credit cards until after the fact; nothing was posted on the doors or at the desk indicating that. I had to use their ATM which charged an additional fee. I understand wanting to get through a procedure quickly, but when you're physically hurting your customers because you're in a rush, that's a problem.

The people were nice and service was quick. But that's where the good ended…read more I went for an eyebrow wax and they did not do a good job. One eyebrow was waxed a considerable amount more than the other. Good thing I have thick eyebrows and was able to sort of cover up the lack of eyebrow on the one over waxed eye. Also usually after a wax, they are supposed to trim the eyebrow and tweeze any leftover brows. They did not do this. I felt like they tried to do the job as quickly as possible and didn't take their time. At least that's what I hope it was, because if this is a regular way of waxing, then I would not recommend going to this place.

The makeup lasted long into the night and made for beautiful photos. The mother of the groom is not used to wearing hardly any makeup, loved her look and was not "over done" but done exactly for what was fitting for her and her style. Some bridesmaids opted NOT to do makeup with the stylist and to DIY but I would recommend all going with the make-up artist to lessen stress of them doing it themselves if they have a bad makeup day and ensure it is going to be long lasting, plus you KNOW it is going to look amazing! Hair - all of Linseys updos were amazing and lasted all night. She is very skilled and able to do many different hair styles for all types of hair. My bridesmaids looked stunning.
