I explained the haircut I wanted but he either didn't understand or had his own ideas that he wanted to implement, which turned out to be a basic bob, for which I was charged $35 when the website says a women's haircut is $25. He used only a razor, not scissors, which I found strange and feel that I now have split ends. I asked that my bangs be cut eyebrow length straight across. He cut them parted, short and much shorter in the middle. The effect is that of a six year old who cut their own bangs. He was a nice person, though.

My 20-something nephew had a fresh cut and I asked him where he went. His response utterly surprised me: "I go to Linda, who use to do Grandma's hair." What?! I drove over to Infinite Hair Design. The salon is located in a non-picturesque area in a characterless building...but that is inconsequential. Linda spent an hour with me, working my hair: blending and smoothing out the mistake of the cut I walked in with. End result: Fabulous! I love my hair cut! And equally, I paid less than I had at every other salon! It's a win-win!

Then I had a follow-up appointment with my dermatologist the spots were annular brown macules in other words flat moles. Not ringworm or Dermatitis. After the appointment I reached out to Cici asking for shampoo/conditioner recommendations and she informed me that she would get back to me. After a week goes by I texted her as a gentle reminder and she asked me to give her additional time as she likes to take her time to consider all aspects of the clients hair when recommending hair products. It's been over a month now, so I assume I will not be getting those recommendations. Now onto the cost, I was utterly shocked how much I was charged (over $450). When I scheduled the appointment I asked for a cut and color on shoulder-length hair. I was charged for cut, customized color, two hair treatments and for going over 30 mins. I did not ask for hair treatments nor did I know I was receiving hair treatments. And I was early to the appointment so there was no reason to charge me $65 for going over 30 minutes. Her pricing is no where to be found online or in the salon. I won't be going back and will not recommend this salon to others. I felt like I was taken advantage of and my hair appointment led to unnecessary doctor visits. At the end of the day I do love my hair.
