I even explained that I needed to leave for a meeting and was trying to get additional funds, but the situation felt stressful and difficult to exit. Enjoyed a 90 minute massage with Linda. The rooms are very comfortable and the massage tables are heated if you like. The massage pressure was solid throughout the massage, never had to ask for reduced pressure. Enjoyed the heated stone part of the massage, very relaxing. I am not one to write a review. As far as the massage went, it was amazing. although they did see us an hour later than expected the massage made up for it. The reason why my boyfriend I will no longer be going back here anymore is due to the fact that 10 minutes before end of session they asked us if we wanting 30 more minutes for $30 more dollars each. We both said no. They continued the massage and it felt like that 10 minutes was lasting longer. My boyfriend asked them," I though we only had 6 minutes left" They said no we had nine, I don't know if it was a language barrier (very unlikely because the male understood everything else we said fine) but at the end of the session they tried to charge us the additional fee we both said no to. The male started yelling and we both very much felt scammed. The owner did end up making it right by calling me later that night and having us pick up the $60 the next day. Overall the massage was great, and the owner made up for the issue. This is a great place to get a massage or reflexology treatment! I have tried six other massage establishments around Fort Campbell, but this one is the best by far. It is hard to find a Chinese Massage therapist who can actually communicate with you in English! This one can and does a great job! She uses multiple techniques including hot rocks, reflexology, and stretching at no additional charge. Her rates are very competitive for what she provides. My 1 hour session was $65.00. That was low compared to the services she provided so I gave her a $40.00 tip. She deserved every cent. I will be going back soon! read more

I dont even want to give 1 star but have to. I set an appointment for me and two friends since we were going to be in that area at the casino for a girls trip. When I called 2 weeks prior the lady answered phone"hello", never said name of business. I had to ask if I called the business , thinking I had wrong number. Then she was short only wanted my name not my friends or what service we wanted. Said she would call day before to confirm and apparently they have caller id and she said I'll call this number to confirm which at that time I said no please call my cell. Gave her that number. Fast forward to day of appointment we get there and they said we tried to call to confirm today at the number you called from the day of scheduling. I said I told you that wouldn't work to call my cell. They said since they couldn't confirm they gave our three appointments away! We left and looked as it was a sign we shouldn't go there and when I returned to work that Monday I checked my caller id and guess what - they never called to confirm!!! Side note-- jenny is who we spoke to there and she offered if we come back she would give discount for our inconvenience. Thanks but no thanks! That's not how you do business. read more

We were in town for the weekend and my husband scheduled us a Couples Massage. When we arrived nobody spoke any English and didn't understand we had scheduled the appointment. They led us to a room and closed the door with no questions or instructions. I've never had a massage where they didn't have you fill out a questionnaire first, listing any specific areas of concern or physical limitations, etc. We had to ask for a second sheet for me to cover up with. The massage itself was awful. My husband and I are both bruised. There was no ambient sound, only heavy breathing by my "massage therapist" and the sound of traffic outside. the "massage oil" was in an actual baby bottle (see photo). I wish I was kidding. They had cheap paper towels covering the face pillow, which felt awful against your face. I don't think they're accustomed to actually giving massages, if you catch my drift... And it wasn't until we went to pay that we were informed it was cash only. But don't worry there's an ATM in the lobby. ugh. The first red flag should have been the fact it is DIRECTLY across from the main entrance to the base. If you're looking for an HJ, you've probably come to the right place. The prices were about a dollar a minute and I booked a 60 minute. I booked the massage for myself online and a woman called me shortly after to move the time of the appointment because they didn't which was fine because I had the day off. The woman who did the massage also worked the front desk so she kept the phone with her during the massage and answered the phone 3 times to book other appointments during my massage which was akward as she would then be massaging with one hand and obviously distracted. They use Amazon Alexa for music so she would be mid massage stroke and say "alexa skip" to change the music and that killed any relaxation I might have had going at that point. The door was left slightly open for whatever reason so I could hear people walking by and that made me uncomfortable because the draping was unprofessional and I know that my entire ass was hanging out with her lack of draping. She also was a little to high in my private areas for my own personal comfort so all I could think of is that I might have found myself in an establishment that isn't actually licensed to do massage but does more illegal activities if you kow what I mean.
