I've been coming to this store since they opened from S-Mart. I don't need to drive to KTown to get my makeup. No need to spend so much money on face mask here. I absolutely love stopping by here when I go to Korean Market. Jang's Cosmetic is conveniently located inside newly opened Hannam Chain Market in Torrance. AKA Hannam Chain Del Amo. You will be greeted by very friendly staffs and service is impeccable with large inventory to choose from. I support small businesses and I stopped going to the mall to purchase Shiseido sunblock lotion and their amazing skincare products. They are EXTREMELY generous with their samples which is great for traveling. If you like Shiseido or want to try Korean makeup, I highly recommend Jang's Beauty which is hidden gem. I'm thankful that I don't look my age because I've been using skin care products from here.

Their customer service dept said to go to the CDM Plaza store to return it. Unbeknownst to me, there is a store in Corona del Mar. Anyway, I went in and returned the item and ended up buying lots of other items with the help of the store manager, Yolanda Lopez. She was fantastic at suggesting things I would appreciate and giving me her honest opinion. They stock only vetted, high-end and quality brands that I know I can trust. The design and layout of the store is cute and well-appointed, which appeals to my girlie nature! The prices can be a bit high, however, they put out 20-25% off coupons nearly every weekend if you sign up for their email. They have also been willing to price-match with Amazon as long as it can be proven the brand is vetted "luxury." I don't mind that because there is a *ton* of knock-off beauty products on Amazon--the cheap comes out expensive, my friends! If you're unsure, just ask--they're really friendly about it! I was assisted by cast member Stephanie and she was absolutely wonderful. She was able to help me with my skin-scan (I now know that I need to up my hyaluronic acid application for my dry skin) as well as helping me exchange my online foundation purchase for another shade closer to my complexion needs. I must say that cast members like Stephanie are wonderful to interact with. She was warm, kind, and very helpful with my concerns regarding my (gasp!) aging skin. This Sephora location has always been organized, well stocked, and clean during my visits; today was no different than before. I appreciate that I can almost always spot a cast member cleaning/stocking the store at any given time. I also enjoy that this location never seems to be overrun and crowded, as my mobility issues make being in crowded stores a bit hard in me.

It's like out of a warehouse with a vertical metal door, and you have to ask if they have something and they bring it out to you. Definitely not a fun way to shop so I left )-: I really hope they make it a more "normal" shop at some point like it used to be (apparently). I get turning it into that before for covid but I feel like 99% of businesses are back to normal operation nowadays. Maybe one day I'll come back and it'll be back to normal
