My husband and I used Vivax Pros. to paint the entire exterior of our home. We found them from a female associate jogging through the neighborhood and stopped to say hello. She was very approachable and friendly and easy to talk to. She scheduled an appointment promptly with the salesman who came to the house to give a quote on the project. The salesman Sean explained in great detail what the project was and what the house needed. He was very honest and not pushy at all. I did not feel pressured into making a decision. He explained my options and I explored them all with other companies and was pleased with what Vivax offered above the others, specifically with the prep and how the company uses their employees. The other thing I like more with Vivax is that you are assigned a project manager that keeps the job in line so nothing is missed and the prep, and anything you need, is done to your liking. That turned out to be a significantly important piece of this job. Sean gave me an out-the-door full price quote and helped us assign some colors we liked as well. We are terrible with colors and he had a wonderful eye for it so that helped us tremendously. I was able to schedule when I wanted the project started and was given an email associate to ask all questions with and sign paperwork to start the project. Her name was Anna. Anna is AMAZING. I could email her anything, any question, any time and she was so caring and very responsive. I was new to the whole process and she cleared everything up that I needed help with. Everyone with Vivax from the salesmen to the managers and email associates are all on the same page, they all offered the same information, there was no confusion at all about what you're getting with your job. Once the project started you have your laborers that prep and paint and the project manager that observes the job and works with you to make sure nothing moves on to the next step until it was done exactly how they said it would be. Our project managers name was Patrick. Patrick didn't miss a thing, and if something needed to get done, if the workers couldn't do it he did it himself, no questions asked. Patrick is simply amazing, and so incredibly respectful. If something wasn't done to my liking that I noticed at any time, I could call or text him and it was taken care of. Patrick made the whole project less stressful and a lot smoother than if I didn't like something and had to complain to the workers myself. The team I had was mainly 2 gentlemen, Alfredo and Christian they worked very hard and did their best. In my opinion all clients want is what we were promised in the packaged deal at the beginning but sometimes there's a lot more offered than what's realistic just to make a sale, but Vivax delivered on what they promised in the beginning. Patrick specifically walked around our house and worked very hard to give us exaclty nail for nail what we were promised which absolutely amazed me. He never once treated me as an idiot girl or just a stay at home mom with no knowledge. I was treated as a smart, respectable individual that owned the home and wanted it to look at certain way. I rarely get treated with such respect. I didn't pay a penny until every nook and cranny was to my liking. Once it was completed exactly how I wanted no questions asked, we happily paid for the service. I strongly recommend people use Vivax Pros. They work very hard to make sure your home is painted with the utmost care and professionalism. They leave it clean exactly how it was when they arrived. The entire team was extremely kind and professional, my husband and I were so relieved we ended up going with this company. Vivax has painted our house three times over the last dozen years or so and put on a new roof once. The first time I found about Vivax, and read about their attention to detail, and their warranty I felt it was a good choice for us. The first painting everything went great. They sealed all the nail heads, caulked the house well, and scrapped any loose paint. Painting was excellent and they did a great job. I highly recommended them to others.A few years later, we had another big hail storm. I choose Vivax to do the painting and the roofing since they had started doing roofing as well. Since they did such a great job on the painting the first time, I thought we would have the same results the second time along with the painting and the roofing. Boy, was I wrong. Not sure what was up with Vivax at the time, but the painting was terrible and it took multiple times to get them to come back out and take care of the problems. The first crew they used was just awful and they vandalized our BBQ and were sloppy and awful. They still treated us this way even as we treated them to pizza and ice cream for lunch and supplied cold water over the three days they worked. Sickening. Vivax send a touch up crew out three different times and they all did awful work. Vivax finally dug out a small crew of two that fixed all the painting problems and did good work and they had to completely repaint an entire side of the house. So that was the painting. The roofing was worse. I ended up having to spend a week reroofing and repairing part of the house myself due to water damage from their poor installation of flashing and caulking. Vivax didn't even cover all of my material costs, even though I did all the labor. I was not happy, but I know it was done right as I did it myself.The the next time we had a hail storm I spent a week and painted the painted the house myself.In 2023 we had another major hail storm and it took awhile to get our insurance sorted out. I was busy with other projects and did not have time to paint the house. I did not know who I was going to choose this time around to paint the house, but two of my neighbors both had Vivax paint their homes and they were happy with the results. One neighbor even knew the bad experience I had with them before and said they still choose them because of their outstanding warranty. I talked with Vivax regarding the problems they had before and they assured me that they would do a great job. Since we ran out of time in 2023 season to do the painting, they did the painting in April 2024. I'm very happy to report, the Vivax went back to their roots and did what they do best, paint houses with detailed work. The siding took a huge beating from the 30 minute golf ball sized hail. They carefully scrapped and sealed the entire house. I'm very particular and inspected all of their work, especially the prepping of the house. Everything was done with good attention to detail and I felt good about the prepping and gave the go ahead to paint the house. The painting went well and they did an excellent job. I can highly recommend them again.I'm glad that Vivax has gotten back to their roots and are just concentrating on painting homes the best they can. We just had 20 windows and a large sliding door replaced that had been damaged by hail last July, 2018. We used Vivax Pros for our window project. They installed Milgard windows which are made here in Colorado. We like to support Colorado made products. We selected Vivax Pros because they removed all the old trim boards and installed the new windows almost like in new construction. They installed three layers of protection-- an ice and water shield on the rough framing, followed by back caulk on the nail fin, then another layer of ice and water shield and of course the trim and paint. We cannot say enough about the great experience we had with Vivax Pros. The Project Manager brought in a team headed by a gentleman, Anthony. We had up to six men working on both Monday and Tuesday, April 8th and 9th. We had specifically asked that all windows be installed and outside trim and caulking be done the same day as the window install. We didn't want moisture getting into our home. This team was miraculous. There were men everywhere. They started out by laying plastic to protect my just cleaned carpet and newly refinished hardwood floors. The first day they installed 15 windows. The second day they installed the remaining five windows and the over size sliding door. During this time the young men worked constantly, taking little time out for breaks or lunch. The team was polite and worked very hard. Most of the outside trim and caulking was done on the second day. A blizzard was forecast the third day, Wednesday, Apr 10th. The young men doing the trim worked well past 8:30 pm on Tuesday to ensure all the window trim was completed and windows were properly caulked and sealed before the storm hit. Part of the team arrived the morning of the storm to finish inside caulking and clean up. One young man even cleaned the dust off my dresser! The painter was here the following day to touch up interior paint. He was kind enough to help re-install window blinds as my husband's health isn't good. He was also a joy to have working in our home. We've had a great deal of work done in our home in the past year, from interior and exterior painting, to hardwood floor refinishing to updating our kitchen with new counters, back splash, and cabinet refinishing. Each project came with a set of headaches. We dreaded this project. But we can say without a doubt this window installation has been the easiest and best experience of all. Our expectations were surpassed and we owe that to the Project Manager who worked diligently and fine young men that installed our windows. We were treated in a courteous manner and our home was respected. But most importantly, the Project Manager went out of his way to keep his word and ensure the team was fulfilling the Vivax promise. I am going to focus on the follow up on the warranty with my review. I think one area my wife and I were somewhat skeptical about was the satisfaction warranty and whether that was something that was really honored. Actually, I am one of those people who will usually not pay extra for an 'extended warranty' as I believe the stats are that most things don't fail within the warranty period. Well, this time it was a very prudent call. We have cedar siding. After Vivax's first attempt at painting our house we noticed one side of the house, even after just a year, was peeling and flaking in certain areas but all over (the south side of the house). I called Vivax and they came out and took care of it, no questions asked. Well, another year passed and, again, the flaking and peeling. They came out this time with an idea from a paint consultant and with some changes to the paint took another shot at it. Turns out there were dynamics on that side of the house that would cause this peeling and flaking that were not occuring on the other sides. The other sides look great from their first application. Logan, the VP of Production came out when we called again for warranty work and took a detailed look at what was going on. It was clear that his goal with our repeated warranty claims was to get this issue evaluated and solved. Vivax then spent the next many days, leading to weeks, painstakingly scraping and sanding the side of our house having the adherence issues. I was amazed that they did not just throw up their hands, shrug their shoulders and say they did all they could. Once the scraping and sanding was done (including the thin top edge of the lap siding that tended to flake), that side of the house was hand painted as opposssed to sprayed. It is a wide and very high side of our ranch home. In fact, to get the job done in a timely manner, Logan came out and finished the job himself as there were demands on his crews. Remember that our cedar siding situation was unique and a bit baffling and one they had to study and come up with a game plan that would work. Logan mentioned that our unique siding issue has helped them to understand and employ methods to avoid our situation with other projects they take on. I think in all of our jobs and work we discover new challenges that we did not encounter in the past and we have to come up with a new way to resolve and satisfy the customer. Two HUGE thumbs up to Vivax and Logan for having the integrity and determination to honor their warranty and get the job done no matter what to our satisfaction even with an anomoly with the siding. Vivax warranty is fantastic. May 22, 2023 I contacted Vivax Pros because I had one of the window trim boards lifting due to some water. Today, Dylan, the Warranty Manager, came by at 8 AM and looked at it, and walked around the house to ascertain any other issues. He found a place to touch up the bottom of the garage door in the back. He arranged for Able, his painter to come back later this afternoon which he did. He repaired and painted the window framing board and the bottom of the door. Took him about 15 minutes. Can't speak highly enough about this company and it's warranty. I have a nine year warranty on the workmanship and painting. Will definitely use them when it is time to paint again. Vivax Pros Painting is truly a professional painting company. When I wanted to paint my two story house I got four bids and while Vivax was a bit higher, it was still a fair price. But the references and recommendations were what sold me. I was not disappointed. They are exceptional from the bidding process which included Lindsay Luchette coming out and spending an hour reviewing the paint project including the necessary repairs and giving me the option to have someone else do the repairs or have Vivax do the repairs, like replacing wood. Great communication is one of the trademarks of this company. We were assigned a project coordinator, Molly Dignan, who regularly sent updates with dates and time for the HOA approval, the woodwork walk through, the actual woodwork, the power pressure wash of the house, and the exterior prep and paint. The woodwork manager was Tanner Horan who was in touch via email (my preference) on dates and time. The paint manager, Brett Allenbach touched base three days before the paint crew led by Benny, arrived. The first day of the paint project, Benny and a crew of four arrived to prep the house by caulking and taping the windows. They also began painting the body of the house. The second day they did the remainder of the body, and the trim. The third day, morning only, Benny and his helper finished up with the details. Brett came and walked around the house finding places for small touch ups that even I didn't catch. Then Brett, Benny and I walked around the house inspecting it again. From start-the initial cost estimate-to the finish Vivax personnel were professional and polite. Vivax did what they said they would do-they upheld their contract. Another reason for me selecting Vivax was their 9 year warranty on paint. They will come out to fix it, no questions asked. I believe them. From start to finish this was just the most positive experience. Nick was so helpful giving me a better idea of what the colors we picked would actually look like with some mock ups to compare with the entire stone face of my home. I had attempted with several different applications but was not able to get it to work. Having those done by him gave me the immediate confidence on our choices. Thank you goes out to Steven the project coordinator who eased so much of our stress trying to create those mock ups on our own suggesting we reach out to Nick. As our project got closer we were contacted by Austin our project manager. He verified all of our color choices and stayed in constant contact during the entire process letting us know exactly what to expect as well as asking if we had any specific concerns. There was never any wonder on our end as to how this process would go. I am all about communication. This is probably my number one pet peeve with companies. Having that communication is so helpful. Oh man let me talk about this team. They were incredible. Arnold lead his group amazingly. They were so very respectful to my home and outside belonging. We had cleared and secured basic items away from the project but there were some architectural landscape elements and landscaping that just couldn't be moved. They made sure everything stayed safe without any damage during their painting process. The pre work put in with all their prep was incredible. Their process is not just to paint your home but to protect your home investment. They prepped things we didn't even realize needed it. We had a power outage in our area during their work. It definitely put a hiccup in their completion expectation for that first day. I was not able to provide a for sure time it would come back on just an estimate. They stayed and shifted their work to wait it out to be able to resume. That was great. It didn't add that time on later because they made a plan B and continued to be productive. They continued to keep control of the outside area to make sure miscellaneous materials and paper didn't get out of control and out into my neighborhood. We originally chose Vivax because of the clean and controlled situation they created while doing both of my neighbors homes. Final walk around went great. Minimal areas to be addressed and they were immediately. We could not be happier with our final results. Austin explained the going forward process again with any concerns that might arise and our warranty and how that process would be if we needed it. I needed to have my house painted due to the hail storm last fall in Highlands Ranch. I chose to use Vivax because my daughter had previously worked with them and said they were very professional. As soon as I contacted them, I was assigned to Rachel who coordinated every step from having Nicki come out to check out the paint damage to working with my HOA on getting color approvals and even referring my roofing damage to the Vivax roof coordinator to get my roof checked out. Rachel also worked with the Vivax scheduling desk and kept me up to date by email and phone calls. When Nicki came out, she went over the entire house and took all the necessary measurements to give me an estimate. The estimate included 3 warranty options and the woodworking that would be needed to prepare the house for painting. The options were for 6, 9, or 14 years of warranty. I chose the 9 year Vivax no exclusions warranty option which used Sherwin Williams super thick Duration paint. After I got my insurance estimate, Nicki went over it and worked with my insurance company to add the pressure wash cost which had been left off. Once the scheduling was done, I was contacted about who would be coming out and at what time to go over the steps being taken to prepare the house for painting. First, Wade came out to go over the woodworking that would be needed and he told me who and when would be coming out to do the pressure wash and the woodwork. He said I didn't need to be home to get those jobs done. Everything went as planned. Then, Bobby contacted me about coming out to go over how the painting would be coordinated and what to expect. After Bobby left, the painters arrived to start the prep work of scraping, caulking and priming the areas needing it. Ozmar, the Foreman, was great to work with. He showed me everything that would be done in preparation for the painting while pointing out areas that would need added caulking and some bonding work as well. Ozmar took personal responsibility to make sure everything was done right and then took me on a walkthrough to ensure I was satisfied with all the work. After Ozmar left, Bobby returned to do the final walkthrough and to ensure I was completely satisfied. Bobby showed me how the Vivax painting process ensures a smoothly layered look when viewing it from any angle. I noticed it had a nice semi-glossy look as well. I am completely satisfied with the painting and all the additional work that was done in preparation for the final job. This review comes from someone who used to paint homes professionally many, many years ago, but I know find the job to be more difficult than when I was 20. I would like to mention each person on the Vivax team by name but I am sure I will forget someone. In this case the use of the word TEAM is very accurate because we met and spoke with at least 5 or 6 people, all who were part of a house painting job that turned out perfect. After the first gentleman stopped by our house to ask if we were interested in a free estimate, we met Christa who spent several hours inspecting our house, our yard and all of the features in our landscaping that needed to be protected. She later met with us to show us paint samples to see if they matched the colors we wanted and they were exactly what we wanted. Then we met Aaron Crain who is one of the personable people I have ever worked with. He said he would be ready on any day I picked for the team to arrive and begin work. On that scheduled day the men arrived and because masking and covering everything around our house that needed to be protected. I have to stop here to mention by name the crew that I highly recommend to anyone that wants their home painted. Their names are Otto, Ricardo, Manuel. These men amazed us along with several of our neighbors who walked by and watched them work because they were so quiet, and they worked non stop. There were times when my wife and I wondered if they guys were still outside painting because they were so quiet. No loud music or talking, but they did talk quietly with each other. i believe their shortest day on the job was probably around 10 hours. We were so happy and comfortable with these men working around our house that we left on a few occasions to make trips to the store or doctor office and we never worried about the guys. In the end which was only a few days we ended up with a house that looked perfect and our neighbors asked for the name of the company because they were impressed. The day after the guys finished Aaron Crain arrived with a roll of blue tape and asked us to join him as he walked around looking for small blemishes or spots missed or drips. We found a few places that were very small but Aaron found small blemishes that we probably never would have noticed. That very night Otto, Ricardo, Manuel returned to make the job perfect. If I ever need another house painted I will not hesitate to call the Vivax Pro Team. Now I'm thinking about looking into Solar power and if I do anything it will be with this team. My heartfelt appreciation goes out to the Vivax team responsible for painting my home's exterior. Being new to Colorado, I was not familiar with painting companies that had a reputation for good work. Vivax was recommended by a neighbor and based on the outcome, I would absolutely recommend Vivax to anyone looking to paint their home. The project included power washing the exterior, preparation for painting, painting, and post project cleanup. The power washing went smoothly and was completed in less than an hour. Feedback from this activity provided me feedback on the readiness of the project to proceed. In my case, no additional work was needed. Prep included detailed examination of the exterior, followed by caulking, taping, and placement of plastic tarps over areas that should not be painted (windows, light fixtures, patio floor, etc.). This step took time and wasn't rushed. It was key to getting a quality job. The team was meticulous. The next step, painting, went very smoothly as well. This included painting the body of the house, garage door, trim, and accent areas. The team was experienced and worked well with each other. I saw lots of attention to detail, especially in those areas where body paint interfaced with the trim and accent colors. The resulting lines are straight and even. Finally, the last step was cleanup and final walk through. The team removed all plastic, tape, and debris from the yard. As a homeowner, I appreciated how clean the yard looked. I also appreciated the team's project manager who inspected every inch of the paint job. His scrutiny exceeded my own, and he flagged any all issues, which were resolved by the team instantly. In closing, I want to personally thank Brian, the Project Manager, for his attention to detail and his warm and friendly demeanor. He let me know each step of the way that he had my back. I've owned many homes in the past and had other so/so painters, but this company stands by itself as the painters I will choose in the future. I highly recommend them for your home painting needs. We had our exterior painted, but I'm sure they are as thorough and detailed oriented when painting interior homes as well. From the initial meeting with Sam Kliewer I knew this was the company for us. He was punctual, polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and didn't pressure us to make a decision right on the spot. Jose also has the same traits as Sam and Jason. He always had a smile on his face and answered any questions we had during the painting of our house. VIVAX did a FANTASTIC job painting our house! This is the second home we've had painted by VIVAX. The first was in Castle Rock, CO in 2014. Scheduling everything with VIVAX was easy! Communication was superb throughout, and their completed work was EXCEPTIONAL! Jason came out to the house to give us a quote on our painting project. We were impressed with his knowledge of the products that VIVAX offers, and the process by which they paint the houses. Initially we were only going to have the house trim boards painted because we have a stucco and stone house. But when Jason educated us about the way VIVAX paints stucco homes (i.e. spray the first coat and back-roll it, and then spray a second coat once the first coat dries) AND that they offer a 14 year warranty on their work (on STUCCO), we decided to have the whole house painted. Jason hooked us up with MacKenzie, who ensured we got our house colors picked out, that we were happy with our choices, and then set us up with the project manager (Isaiah) to finalize all of our needs and get the project done. Isaiah contacted us and verified all of our choices and project needs, fielded and answered all of our questions and concerns, and set up the start date for the project. Isaiah did a GREAT JOB communicating with us each day with the times the paint crew would be at our house, and what time they left, and he made sure everything was going smoothly each day. It only took three days for the crew to paint our house (and we have a 4800 Sq Ft home) - and that was with late afternoon showers each day. Wancy was the paint crews' foreman. He did an EXCELLENT job, along with the crew, painting our house! Wancy kept everybody on point, and they were very methodical in the execution of their job. This company is excellent! We chose them after I interviewed many other companies and received many estimates. They are professional, kind, compassionate , hard working and committed to the customer and not just their profits! Dylan was fantastic as he reached out to me asking if we needed paint repair with the incredible warranty that is offered ! He was responsive, prompt , informative, non patronizing and honest. He put my mind at ease and helped me walk through the details and expectations of the project. Alexa then helped scheduled our appointment seamlessly and without trouble . I had a great experience working with Vivax Pros and would recommend them to anyone looking to have exterior work done on their home. They came highly recommended by several people in my neighborhood, and I can understand why. One of the things I appreciated most was the level of oversight throughout the entire process. Each phase had a project planner, project coordinator, or project manager involved to help oversee the work and keep things moving. Communication throughout the project was excellent. The person overseeing each phase consistently texted to let me know when crews would be arriving, which made it much easier to plan around the work. They were also very flexible with my personal schedule when a walkthrough required me to be present, which I greatly appreciated. The team repaired and replaced damaged siding and trim, pressure washed the house, and recaulked areas as needed. I also chose to have the gutters and downspouts replaced for an additional cost, and I was pleased with that work as well. There was a glitch with the trim paint color along the way, but Vivax Pros and the paint foreman Lewding took responsibility for the issue and remedied it by having new paint mixed and applying it to all of the trim. I appreciated that they didn't simply try to patch the problem--they made sure it was corrected properly. The team also conducted multiple final walkthroughs to make sure that any concerns I had were addressed. My project manager was Sarah Bulba and she listened to the feedback I provided and addressed each with understanding and patience. I appreciated the company's commitment to making sure I was satisfied with the final result. Overall, I am very happy with the finished project and would recommend Vivax Pros. My one observation is that there seemed to be more follow-up visits than I would have expected to complete the project. Vivax just completed my house on 3/21/18. They were so easy to work with. They outbid 3 other 4 and 5 star rated painters. I first found them on Yelp with good ratings. I messaged them through yelp and they responded in a timely manner. I first talked to Kim. She was so nice and explained the estimate process. The estimator that came out was more thorough than the other companies I had out. They have warranties better than the competitors. The options depend on the paint you get. We did the Sherwin Williams Duration 9 year warranty. Painters book several months in advance. We had our estimate in October 2017 for a date in April 2018. They called me in January and were able to move up to March. It snowed the night before. The project manager Will still met me at the time we agreed on 7 am. We did a walk around with the crew to make sure we were on the same page. Due to the weather, they returned around 12:30. They worked until dark prepping for paint. Forgot to mention that they power washed the house the week before. Even got off some black mold spots on the side of the house by the AC unit. Back to the job. They nailed all the loose nails down, re-caulked everything that needed it including all the nail heads, and painted on primer to several spots and the lower siding by the ground. Tuesday they painted all the base and most of the trim. Wednesday they finished the trim and did touchups. I walked around the house several times with the painter. Will the project manager was very attentive, even sent me pictures. These guys set the bar high for other companies. My only detractor is very low. They don't remove numbers, lights, door bells, and gutters. I did all the lights myself. The gutters, they don't want to damage or have issues if they fall apart. I get it. I wish I knew ahead of time about the gutters. I may have pulled off. Either way the paint lines around the gutters look great. It matches, just a portion has the base color and not the trim color. VIVAX PROS is the only way to go!!! We were looking to complete our modest interior remodel (kitchen, living room and hall/stairways) with fresh new colors on the walls and ceilings. Once our project had a secured start date, our project was advanced to our Project Manager, Lindsay. Not one detail about our remodel project was lost from our initial meeting with Kylee. Lindsay, her manager, and the painting crew (Erik and Alex) all came in for the initial walk through listening to our goals and concerns and discussing their plan of action. The project started that day and wrapped up couple of days later. The attention to detail was great! The straight lines between light colored walls and the dark accent walls is precise and pleasing to the eye. They did an amazing job protecting floors, lighting, ceiling fans. And even Odie in the accounting department was great! He clearly received our request to mail us a paper copy of our receipt in the mail as well as sending us an electronic version. We recently had our home painted by Vivax Pros and the great experience we had deserves a glowing endorsement. This company had previously painted my mom's home and did an excellent job, so I felt very confident about contacting them to do ours. Our house is a single-story brick and our trim was in fairly good shape, so we just needed the main body painted. But despite it being a fairly straightforward job, both our project planner, Carlos Carillo, and our project manager, Joel Caro, took the time to explain the necessary prep and products that were specific to painting on brick vs. siding. They offered a 9 year, no exclusions, warranty. The quote I was given was also a hard price, meaning that the cost wouldn't go up even if extra work or materials ended up being needed. That made signing the paperwork much less worrisome. The original appointment to get a quote was great, and both Carlos and his trainer/supervisor did a wonderful job of answering all my questions and were able to fit me into their schedule in the time frame I requested. My walkthrough with Joel prior to the start of the project clarified some questions I had and really put me at ease about the whole process. He also made himself available throughout the entire process if I had and questions or concerns. The actual paint crew, led by Arturo, also went above and beyond in so many ways. Not only did they finish the job in record time, they did it extremely well with excellent attention to detail. They even took care of some additional things that weren't part of my quote, like the trim around my basement windows, priming some small areas of exposed wood around the garage door, and scrubbing a LOT of residue off the back of the house where the previous owners had planted climbing vines. We had an excellent experience with Vivax! It started with a very thorough estimate by Nicole. We had already received three estimates from other local companies and Vivax came in squarely in the middle; however, their estimate included a detailed accounting for some woodwork we would need to repair rotted siding and chimney trim. She pointed out some problem areas that the other companies failed to notice and, after consulting with a company woodworker, proposed efficient remedies. Every person we encountered through this company was warm, friendly, professional, and arrived at the agreed-upon time. The woodworker did an outstanding job of replacing the rotted boards and taking measures to protect from further damage. The powerwasher came that same day and did a very thorough job. The next day our awesome project manager, Jamie, and paint crew (five men, I believe) arrived. We started with a walk-thru and discussion of how various steps would be handled. Another walk-thru was done after the prep (plenty of scraping, caulking, and priming took place). Granted, we live in a smaller ranch house, but my husband and I were astounded that they were able to finish the project the same day! The quality of the job was impressive and they were very detail-oriented. During the final walk-thru (a couple of days later), the project manager and I noticed a few tiny imperfections--they were corrected by the day's end. We were extremely satisfied with our Vivax experience. We've had several neighbors ask who did our work. We finally, after twelve years living here, love the look of our home--and the price was very reasonable. I am confident that the no-exclusions warranty (nothing like this was offered by the other companies we looked in to) will be upheld based on the integrity of everyone we've worked with so far. Vivax Pros 1050 Yuma St, Denver, CO 80204 Let me first say that I was the painting contractor for 34 years in the Denver area. My company did commercial tenant finish painting not housing , that being said all painters start on houses. I wanted to preface this review because I have many many years in the paint industry now and not only as a contractor but a painter as well. My review of Vivax pros is they did a great job they were very professional they used top quality products which is essential to a good paint job they prepped very well and the technique they used was spray and back roll which is the best possible paint job you can get , it's unequalled for durability and longevity, This technic is what my company used the first time we painted my home 20 years ago . Now that the current paint job was sun faded I decided to repaint now so the current paint job didn't incur more prep than necessary. The project manager Max Kuhn oversaw the crew that did the work , he used a critical eye to make sure they touched up everything that needed attention and I'm happy to say it was very little touch up was needed. That brings me to the crew that did the work , it was a family and relatives that made up the crew the foreman was Antonio Alaniz and his son Eder . They were where the rubber met the road so to speak because these men are the ones that actually do the work . The did a great job of prep and painting and addressed any concerns I had during the course of the job . These men are to be commended for their hard work and work quality . We need more people like this in this country instead of those who just want to push a button and expect to be paid for it !
