I recently tried repairing a gutter on my own using YouTube video's. Let's just say, it never turned out quite right and so I decided to look for a local guy. After calling around many of the other services charged a minimum of half a grand to do a Farley small job and it would take weeks. I called Raul on a whim and he was able to to come out within 30 minutes. My call was at 4:15 in the afternoon. He gave me an estimate that was more then fair. Not only did he come out, replaced the gutter I botched, but explained where I went wrong. Raul had finished the job by 5:15 and his quoted price was accurate. No job is to small for Raul and his expertise and quick response was far above others I called. I scheduled this appoint with Raul 2 weeks ago to have my Gutters & Downspouts cleaned for 11/23/2020 @ 9:00am. Raul called me and confirmed the appointment over the phone. Raul asked me to text him my address, which I did. It is now 10:10 am on 11/23/2020 and he hasn't showen up! I have messaged him here on Yelp, left a Voice Mail and sent him a text...Nothing! I would not recommend Horsepower Rain Gutter and I suggest you skip over this poor excuse of a company as they are NOT Dependable.
