I had a session with the owner (I wish I remembered her name), and from the start, she understood exactly what my body needed. I'm not going to sugarcoat it--this type of massage can be intense and even painful at times. There were definitely moments I said "ouch," but it was a good kind of pain--the kind that you know is actually doing something. And the results? After just one session, I was able to move my shoulder more than I have in months. I honestly couldn't believe the difference. I left feeling lighter, looser, and hopeful again. I'm now planning to continue massage therapy alongside my physical therapy because I truly believe this combination is what's going to finally get me past this frozen shoulder.
