I've been dealing with a frozen shoulder for almost a year, and it's been one of the most frustrating experiences. I tried soft wave therapy before with little to no improvement in my range of motion. I'm currently in physical therapy, which has helped, but I was advised to add massage therapy to really loosen things up. I had a session with the owner (I wish I remembered her name), and from the start, she understood exactly what my body needed. I'm not going to sugarcoat it--this type of massage can be intense and even painful at times. There were definitely moments I said "ouch," but it was a good kind of pain--the kind that you know is actually doing something. And the results? After just one session, I was able to move my shoulder more than I have in months. I honestly couldn't believe the difference. I left feeling lighter, looser, and hopeful again. I'm now planning to continue massage therapy alongside my physical therapy because I truly believe this combination is what's going to finally get me past this frozen shoulder. If you're dealing with pain, stiffness, or frozen shoulder, I highly recommend giving this place a try. It's not the most comfortable experience--but it's absolutely worth it. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I think it was the best massage I've ever had! The bed/table was the most comfortable I've ever been on. Best therapeutic couples massage we've had. First time having a Thai style massage. I have visited a couple of American and Chinese massage parlors but this is my favorite. It helped relieve all the knots and muscle fatigue we had. Similar to getting adjusted at a chiropractor, it's not just a relaxing experience but also therapeutic with their combination of techniques, stretches and adjustments.
