I had never been diagnosed with any type of thyroid problem until my late 30's and even then, I was told I had a low thyroid. When Dr. Vo ran a lot blood tests, she found out that I had Hashimoto's disease and NOT just a low thyroid. I was not even on the correct medication. I have been seeing her for many years and I trust her completely. She is compassionate, she listens and she is very knowledgeable. She also takes the time to explain things to you. I don't just see her for 10 minutes and then I'm on my way. My appointments are usually 45 mins and longer if need be. I love her! She has changed my life and she can change yours too!!

In the lobby they offer free water, tea, and coffee. From what I've seen during Covid, the staff wears mask/gloves at all times and the interior overall feels sanitary and well taken care of. They disinfect the rooms between each patient and require everyone to wear a mask. Upon arrival they have patients wash their hands and take their temperatures. The bathroom was very clean with soap, hand sanitizer and lotion available. I even noticed there was plenty of sanitizer across the office for both patients and staff to use. The front desk staff is very nice. They all seem to be enjoying their work and having fun chatting with each other. They even wear fun masks. Dr. Brianna (Firminger) Eickmeyer, ND: I was recommended to Dr. Eickmeyer by my primary care provider, and my first appointment was over 1 hour long. I was blown away by the way she truly listens and remembers even the littlest details. She even remembered the chair that is most comfortable for me in her office and made sure it was ready at every appointment. How thoughtful! She is on top of patient information current and past, paying close enough attention to make connections about my health that I hadn't even noticed. During my first appointment Dr. Eickmeyer and I discussed my medical history, went through current medical concerns and discussed plans for how bowen could improve my quality of life. She has made me feel important, listened to, and understood. She gave me optimism and hope about my overall condition. On top of all that, that she somehow is always in a happy mood with an optimistic attitude. I think it might be because she truly loves her job as a doctor helping people. My current provider is also good - takes time to hear my problems and makes sure to explain things thoroughly with me. I'm very greatly that my current provider helped identify the root causes of something I've struggled with for years. The front desk staff are also friendly. Only thing is that often times I need to wait at least 10-15min past my scheduled appointment time before I can be seen.

The staff does everything they could possibly do to care for and treat patients from blood testing to doctor prescribed treatment programs specifically designed for each and every individual who enters the facility. It was established and grounded in Mill Creek, WA for the first twelve years. During the pandemic served the public relentlessly and expanded into a second office in Kalispell, MT and opened a new wellness center in South Everett and continues to grow with physicians , medical massage therapy and specifically trained professionals in Integrative Care, including referrals to chiropractic and acupuncture as part of an extensive team. I received a bill, that I had already paid, two years beyond the service date. I went back and forth with them for quite some time and eventually, they agreed to drop the duplicate bill. However, I don't think I should have to defend myself against payments I've already made. I would expect that the billing department be capable of keeping track of payments if this was a professional establishment. I received another bill on Friday for services from June of last year - well I tell you what, I've never received a bill for these services until now, and they had the nerve to charge me a late fee. It makes me wonder if they are really doing so poorly that they have to send bills years late to cash out on late fees? Do they need the extra $10 that desperately? I have requested a copy of the invoice number and date of the last invoice sent to me and we will see what they say. Overall, the service I received at the old location was good. The new location, I was disappointed, My bill says that I am no longer welcome back, for not paying the bill, that they didn't send me until a full year had passed. Unbelievable. RUN!

She sees myself, my husband, and our two kiddos. With every single ailment/issue we have had, she has never failed to provide comprehensive explanations and treatment protocols, and to go above and beyond to make sure that all our questions are answered. She has been a nurse, midwife, and now a natural doctor, so while her current emphasis is on natural/holistic remedies/treatments, she knows exactly when it's time to jump and go the western medicine route when things get serious. Not that we've had to go that route yet because Dr. Kelly has always managed to treat our ailments holistically so far! She has called us after hours when we have had questions, followed up with us via phone call after visits just to check in, and always fits us in when we have an urgent need for a visit. He was able to get me in and see me very frequently- I never had to wait more than 10 mins, and could usually get in within an hour of calling for an appointment. Because I had been in a car accident, my insurance was asking me what my care schedule looked like, down the road. When I asked Dr. Lichfield, he gave me a non- committal response. He insisted on seeing me 3x/ wk, which honestly just isn't feasible for me. Every time I saw him, he didn't seem to remember seeing me just a few days ago or the conversation we had. After a couple of months, I stopped seeing Dr. Lichfield due to some racially insensitive remarks he made. As a person of color, I felt very uncomfortable, but I don't typically make a fuss about when I encounter racism, but when it's a medical professional, I needed to stop. His care was good, but he was unexceptional, he didn't seem to remember me despite seeing me two or more times a week for months, and was racially insensitive.

Extremely tardy front desk and very rude medical assistant. I had to wait for 25 minutes before…read morebeing checked in and seen by the doctor and waited for more than 15 minutes to be checked out. I had to ask them 3 times before they attended to me. People who came after me were attended to before me. This is after canceling my first appointment on Nov 12th just a few hours before the appointment. They just texted me on the morning of the appointment saying my appointment is canceled and I had to call them back twice before I got another appointment and that was more than a month away on Dec 16th. I just saw another review for Dr. Goldsmith that says that she does not show up for appointments and is bad with following up on patients. The reason I went for and the prescription to be sent to my pharmacy was not sent despite calling and letting them know twice. There's no access to the doctor once you are seen. It's also the doctor's responsibility to make sure this is done and it does not seem like they care. After I called and left a message the second time the medical assistant called me and literally shouted at me saying she is done her job and there was an issue with the pharmacy despite me trying to explain that my other doctor sends prescriptions here all the time and I have never had an issue and also the pharmacy going out of their way to check on it. Have never had this kind of experience visiting a doctor's office. People always go out of their way to make the patient comfortable. Will never go back or recommend this clinic to anyone. This is not the way to treat patients who have come to see a doctor for an illness. I never write reviews and never a negative one as I know how hard people work to keep a business running. I had to write this as I don't want any other new patients to undergo this ordeal specially when they are seeking healing for an illness from a qualified doctor's office.
