Cayla Griffin is the WORST hairdresser! Do Not go to her! I literally went in for a Malibu, the short haircut and blond hair like the photo shown, which turned out a total disaster! My hair is literally RUINED from what she did. After the Malibu my hair looked white again, its natural state. What she did looks nothing like the photo I showed her that I wanted. She is so far off base that I am literally disgusted!! Not only did I allow her to cut over a foot of my hair off to have this cut, and color, I paid for this service, she literally needs to have her license pulled! She said she was going to use a warm blond for the low light, and I told her not use anything that is a warm blond as it reminds of oak kitchen cabinets. This is my hair, 1st photo, after Cayla was finished with it, after a Malibu, a cut, a toner and dye for low lights, AND she tried to fix it with a bleach, and another toner, and my scalp is burned! Most disgusting experience I have ever had, and not only that she will blame it on the client's hair, although my hair wasn't this color to begin with! Bad lash experience I got a lash lift and tint. The entire time they where being worked on there was a small dog jumping all over me and licking me. I had to keep my eyes closed so I couldn't even see where the pup was. I was told that she would at most lay on the table with me which I was fine with. But even after mentioning I had a sensitive tummy due to giving birth the dog was still allowed to jump on my tummy. You can't even tell my left eye was lifted becuse as you can see in the photo not all my lashes are glued. Cayla Griffin is the WORST hairdresser, she shouldn't even be considered to be called one. I asked Cayla to dye my hair blonde and give me a pixie cut as well. I showed her EXACTLY what I wanted and she didn't deliver. The first photo is of what I asked for and the second photo is what I got. I thought because she had done my hair several times in the past, that I could trust her to dye my hair blonde and this was the first time I ever went blonde, so I figured she do a great job. As she was putting the bleach in my hair, she asked if I'd like something to drink and I figured why not enjoy a glass of wine. She fed me wine the entire time I was there and camped out in her lil closet on her phone and checked on me maybe once. I think I even told her my head was burning at one point but I don't think she heard me or cared. I asked for white blonde and I left with yellow hair. She didn't even cut my hair how I wanted, she told me that I looked great and was done. I paid $258.75 for yellow hair! After I left, I got in my truck and cried. I should've said something but I was too shy and upset. As the day went on, I messaged her on Facebook messenger and asked her what kind of shampoo I should use and all she tells me is to use purple shampoo so that it can correct the yellow hair and than I should have the white blonde color that I asked for. A couple weeks later, I went to Kristin at Bombshell Beauty and she fixed my hair and the third photo is how it turned out and I was super happy with it! I was so disappointed in the job that Cayla did but I couldn't say anything to her because I didn't want to upset her because I had so much hope and trust in her. I truly thought that I could rely on someone like Cayla to give me my first blonde do and she failed miserably. Such a cute place! And the staff are extremely friendly! I'm beyond happy with my experience here! I'm working from out of state and needed a much needed trim. I HIGHLY recommend Norene! She's super sweet! Doesn't charge the extra cost for working with long hair! And I didn't lose a lot of hair either which I was excited about since it's been 3 years since my last cut. Shady business, they charged me 300 dollars for extensions that never got ordered and I've yet to receive a call back whenever I try to get in touch with them about a refund... After three months of hearing nothing I finally had to file a claim with my bank... And on top of that I got laughed at the first time I went in when I asked to get an undercut.
