I reached out to this contractor to inquire about a renovation project for several of my apartment units. When I mentioned I wasn't sure what the current market rates were and asked about his pricing, he immediately replied that his jobs start at $50,000 and that if I wasn't willing to spend more, I should "just go hire an unlicensed Mexican." I was shocked and offended--not only was the comment incredibly racist and unprofessional, but it also showed a complete lack of respect for potential clients and for hardworking people in the construction industry. Regardless of budget, there is absolutely no excuse for this kind of language or attitude. If you value professionalism, respect, and basic decency, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. read more

We had a sad situation with bad leaks in two out of our 3 bathrooms. We got several estimates but Vivid Homes was the only contractor to provide a complete presentation of estimate, including samples of materials, drawings, a folder with all the information we would need to decide on. It was very professional and assuring. Price was reasonable. The job went so well we added in a fresh paint job for the hallways, kitchen and family/dining room. Wonderful workers, present almost every weekday until the job was complete. Stuck to payment schedule, inspections, got needed permits. We purchased materials to help with overall cost. Wow! What amazing service! I called and they came to take a look and give me a quote, which was more that fair. They came back the next day, fixed the ceiling and has it good as new, and SO CLEAN!!
