Put up all the lights, but some are already starting to come down. I have messages spanning over…read morethe past month where Matthew promises to return to finish the job and to fix the falling lights, but it's always an excuse. If he's not giving an excuse, he's just ignoring messages. Some of the excuses have been personal emergency, birthday, no helper, accident. I've since learned he has done this to many people. I graciously gave 2 stars because the lights are up. I just don't know for how long. He gave a 3 year warranty, but of course that isn't going to happen. Will have to pay another company to finish his job. Very unprofessional, especially considering he wanted to get this company off the ground. This is definitely not the way to do it. Communication is key in business.

It's a rip-off. Consumers beware! Called to have a breaker replaced in garage panel (I agreed to…read morepay $69.00 for service call). Without ANY in-depth review and no explanation as to why, I was told I needed to upgrade the ENTIRE electrical panel for a cost of $7999! He also recommended a power surge protector WHICH I ALREADY HAD INSTALLED BY OCU(?). I told him all I needed was a circuit breaker replaced and was quoted a price of $1247. I was then offered a series of payment options. I reminded him that all I wanted was a breaker replaced and if I truly needed to upgrade the entire electrical panel I needed to know why. The response: "Your panel is too small, too many breakers, not enough room(?) and we have better options". I was expecting a technical response like: Your current electrical demands exceed the electrical panel's capacity, or the gauge of the wire on the breaker needed to be changed. It was as if he came to "sell me a package" and not fix the problem (replace the breaker). I had the work done by a licensed electrician for $343.00 (parts and labor)...it took him less than 30 minutes! My electrical panel is FINE!
