I called and spoke with Robert before opening time and he scheduled me for a noon appointment. He provided a quote over the phone which seemed very reasonable for 5% on the rear, 5% for a windshield sunshade and 2 side windows at 70%. He told me it would take about 2.5 hours and he was spot on! Robert was professional and he was great to talk to! After he completed the job, he walked me around and explained what I had to expect during the curing phase (3-5 days). Remember not to roll your tinted side windows for 3-5 days! My only "gripe" was he told me he couldn't / wouldn't apply a front windshield sunshade. He showed me that his computer program did not have a pattern for that window and he did not want to free hand cut. That is how all window tinters worked back in the day, free hand cutting tint for ALL windows.... I'm going to have to find another tinter to do the windshield sunshade... All in all, I'd recommend Tint Masters, because working with Robert was great! Keep up the good work sir! read more

Brought in my Subie Impreza here about a month ago and Robert did a great job of getting the windows tinted up. I called a few days in advance because I randomly had a Monday off and I was able to be the first appointment of the day. Robert showed me the tint shade options and told me it would take about 2 hours to install. There's no indoor seating at the moment due to these unprecedented covid times, so I chilled at the Niche cafe nearby and hung out at Safeway to kill time. The installation took a little longer than expected, but that was fine. Robert explained to me the do's and dont's and how to care for the newly tinted windows. He told me to look around the car to check for errors or problems. He also made sure there were no more bubbles and that a little condensation was normal. He noted not to roll down the windows for at least 5 days to ensure that the tint wouldn't get damaged as it was still setting. Totally made that mistake the next day and thankfully, the tint job wasn't damaged. If I had a problem post-installation he said I could come on by and get it taken care of. Glad I went with Tint Masters to get the job done. Good customer service, reasonably priced, and there's a lifetime warranty on the tinting! My Subie is looking extra fresh. I took my new Tesla Model 3 to this location because a friend of mine recommended the place, so I trusted his recommendation. The day I got my vehicle's windows tinted, I noticed bubbles all around, but I expected them to dissipate. Two weeks later I noticed the same bubbles. Mind you, I have gotten my previous vehicles tinted at a location in SoCal, I never had this issue. All the windows of the vehicle had bubbles, when I reported it, they were receptive and asked to bring it back. When I took the vehicle back, as I was showing the bubbles, I was getting excuses. Nonetheless, the tints were replaced, but the rear window tint was cut short compared to the 1st time, it barely gives the desired coverage. I am extremely upset with the service there and definitely will not go back or recommend the place to anyone. This is solely my experience with the shop, my friend got his Tesla tinted there as well, and he did not have any issues. Not sure what the contributing factor is, the only distinction I see is the gender and race, but I'd like to think that's not it... who knows. read more

When I went to retint my car, Robert noticed issues with the older tint requiring me to wait to address mine at a later time but did an awesome job on my wife Subaru Forrester. When I returned in April, Robert welcomed me back and took care of me. During the install, I had two minor issues with my driver and passenger front window.
