Just like the other reviews say, the customer service from Tint Masters is unmatched. We called to request a quote for our home windows and received a fair, competitive estimate the very same day. Robert was incredibly helpful, taking the time to listen to all of our concerns. You can tell right away that Robert is someone you can completely trust in your home. Even though he didn't have our exact tint in stock, he still came out to install a temporary tint so we wouldn't have to wait--at no extra cost. A week later, he returned to swap it out for the correct one, and it turned out absolutely beautiful! Even after the tint was installed, he followed up with us a few days later to ensure there were no issues which we greatly appreciated. To top it all off, Robert came out on two separate Sundays, working around our schedule and crazy kids--and the second visit was actually his birthday! I loved how he explained the warranty and the after care. Extremely disappointed in this business if I could give zero stars I would. I made an appt a couple days before dropping the car off at 9:30 am and I was told that would be a good day to bring it in. Brought it in that morning and never got any updates letting me know that they have been "backed up" that day and on top of that they supposedly didn't get there tint film on time and I never got notified about it whatsoever. I had to personally call myself and this was about almost an hour before closing time to only find out about my car was not even being worked on. They told me they would finally work on it but won't be don't until almost 6pm OR told me to pick up the car up knowing the tint wasn't going to be installed. Waste of time.
