We were referred to HeartSound by our wedding coordinator Cynthia who spoke very highly of them. We checked out their mixes on their page and we were sold, it was apparent from the get-go that both Ricardo and Adrian are superb disc jockeys and have great knowledge of different kinds of music. They legit live mix and are darn good at it. We first met with Ricardo and Adrian through video call and they were both static to work with us and make our wedding reception one to remember. The planning process was stress-free, with open communication and prompt email responses. We filled out their "Music Questionaire" and this helped all of us be on the same page. They listened to our requests and understood the type of celebration we were looking for. Both are super professional and personable. The evening of the wedding, HeartSound was there on time and looking sharp. They were able to hit all our favorite genres while keeping our guests on the dance floor. Ricardo and Adrian understood when the music needed to be turned up and when they just needed some background noise. We also had a live singer for a portion of the dinner service and they supported her and it was all done seamlessly. I would like to mention that we had Spanish-speaking only guests at our wedding and HeartSound's bilingual skills were greatly appreciated. I sent him so many pictures of different alcohols and ingredients, just to make sure it was what we needed and he always responded within a few minutes, which I REALLY appreciated since I was already at the store. For the cocktails, Efrain sent me a list to choose from but I was also able to add a drink that wasn't on the list. We also changed some of the cocktails we originally chose and he was happy to adjust. All of the drinks were really good!!! And everyone at the wedding LOVED Scooby Snack so I definitely recommend that one! During the wedding, a few of the groomsmen also requested different drinks that wasn't on the list we had but Efrain was happy to make it for them. My husband and I were so busy the entire time of the wedding so we didn't get to talk to him and his team but all my guests said they were wonderful. Seriously, I've worked with so many vendors and NEVER have dealt with someone like this. I have screenshots of this terrible service, but I would rather not go there publicly. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! Edit: Original guest count 100, new was down to 75-85. We did the same EXACT wedding last year for the sister with ONE bartender. He mentioned might needing two bartenders total, but agreeing to the ONE. Until last minute that is. Sorry you are not able to service like other bartenders.
