I had gone to the gym earlier and it was Leg Day and so I had build up of lactic acid in my muscles, I sweated and stretched out muscles at hot yoga to the point that I could walk like a normal human! No baby deer walk!!! Woo Hoo! I highly suggest to add hot yoga or yoga in general with your exercise routine. This studio is fantastic! The problem was I got texts and phone calls from Master Dan at Body and Brain nearly every day of the two weeks I used my membership. There was a lot of pressure to take extra classes and go to workshops. All I wanted was a low key once a week tai chi class, but this felt like something else entirely. During your session they assess your skin and let you know what they are doing and using. It's so calming that I often find myself falling asleep by the end of it. They have private tubs you can reserve for an hour if that's more the vibe you are feeling, but you can also use the hot tub before or after your appointment to soak which is so relaxing. I do appreciate the touches of tea kettles and tea in the lounge area that are complimentary. They also have snacks and other things if you are there longer.
