What he emailed me confirmed they are a Garbage Company, with errors, lies, absurdities, and AI-generated slime. I emailed them back, telling them to fix the errors, else I won't switch. More GARBAGE came, fast. BARK ! Then someone wrote that they could not close my account, as I was already enrolled. Ehhh ?? I never enrolled, I don't have an account. Conclusion: I emailed them we need not to go further, I'll go elsewhere. SimpliSafe is simply unsafe. Run by freaks, AI bots, crooks, and liars.
