So it'll stay in sleep mood all day some days, or switch to home mode at 2am. Smart assistant definitely isnt saving us much money because of this. Vivint needs to realize not everyone works an 8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday schedule. The scheduling needs to be able to be done on a day by day basis not on a weekday and weekend schedule.

He parked it next to my car, walked through my yard (I don't have sidewalks or a walkway to my front door for a reason), and ignored the very clear, very visible NO SOLICITING sign in my front window. Then yesterday, around 7:00 p.m., another Vivint representative showed up. He asked if I was the homeowner. I said, "Yes, and I'm not interested. Thank you." That should have been the end of the conversation. Instead, he kept going. He commented on my security cameras, saying, "I noticed you have cameras..." I interrupted him again and said, "I have cameras, and I am NOT interested." He still continued. I finally told him, "You're right--I don't have to buy anything. I have two cameras, two antisocial, protective, slightly unhinged large dogs, and a firearm. I'm good. Thank you. Goodbye." Apparently that still wasn't enough. He got back on his scooter and rode it through my yard. Seriously? Vivint, if you're reading this: Respect "No Soliciting" signs. If a homeowner politely tells your salesperson they're not interested, the conversation is over. Don't continue the sales pitch, and don't ride through someone's yard on your way out. I looked for a way to file a complaint on your website but couldn't find one, so I'm posting here instead. Consider this my formal request: Do not send another salesperson to my home. I will never purchase Vivint products or services after these experiences. To everyone else: If you have a No Soliciting sign, don't assume it will be respected.

We were so happy when Jeff and his company put in our security panels. We decided to change out our…read moresecurity cameras as it was an older system. Jeff came over and walked our property and quote us a pretty high cost system but we broke down and said yes. When the final bill was sent to us it was 20K over the price quote. When I spoke with Jeff he admitted he made many mistakes and he was at fault. He said we cut you a price break but there was no proof provide for that. He said we made company changes internally because of your job that we made mistakes on. We paid the bill and he did not do anything to meet us and any money other than just to say I messed up and can you please pay the additional 20K. So be warning we had it in writing and the still over billed us over 20K. So you better have more money laying around with them.

First of all, this system called me and the police to say the house was having an issue. excellent! We were out of town Craig and Adam came out, repaired what was damaged and after 2 yrs of rebuilding with StateFarm Ins (the worst experience), they came back out and finalized the alarm system and even upgraded it to WiFi and cellular comm. These guys are super personable, friendly, knowledgeable. reasonable and i would consider them as good friends now. This is a 180 degree experience from whatever those other reviews are from years past. This is now 2025 with over 4 yrs service/communications with Stephens Systems, we would give them 10 stars if available. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and customer service team

Once he switched to Stephens electronics in hot springs it all changed. I ordered a part with them and it took 3 months to get in. When the part came in, they never would call me back to schedule an appointment. When I talked to them, one lady hung up on me. The next person, the owner told me he would not do business with me???? All I was asking for was an appointment. Very strange and worst business and customer service I have ever had. We live in a large hone and all I wanted was my central vac to work. I would not use them for anything!!!! Beware. Now they have my part for my Central vac off my warranty!!!!!!
