However, when Grounded Electric came to give us a quote, they very quickly determined how to do the job and made as feel secure that they knew how to get it done and how to do it well. And it was so! On the date of the appointment, the crew came to our house on time, they were very polite, and fast. They did a very clean and professional job connecting and concealing cables, opening almost invisible wholes where needed, and perfectly installing the charger, which has worked perfectly fine since it was installed. On top of everything, the owner of the company came to evaluate his crew's ' work, and discovered that the job required less materials than they calculated, thus giving us a discount over the original quote. The folks at Hertz Electric are awesome! Nate and Levi, the primary techs who have completed numerous electrical issues at both my residence, and my gf's ,are nothing short of professional, experienced and fair! Awhile back, and over time, both the floodlights on my back property went out, as well as the spot light over my garage. After the call, either Nate or Levi, showed promptly, and quickly replaced the units. Also, while in the process of selling my home, and the home inspection company turned up a number of electrical issues, it was Hertz Electric, who arrived promptly when scheduled, and had everything on the list complete, and within half a day. Also, my gf's outdoor ceiling fan hadn't worked in year, and figured it would have to be replaced. Hertz again, had the thing quickly repaired and working like new. I've used Hertz often, and these are just a few of the jobs they've successfully completed for me. . . I'm totally pleased with their performance and work ethic!! This review is long overdue. Quality work from Quality people and a Great Experience Overall…read moreIt is truly my pleasure to share with everyone the positive experience that I had working with Epperson Electric. This is a family business and I feel honored to have at minimum meet Brian and his wife plus a few of their children but they have such a great story that you can get an idea of on their website and I hope others get to meet them as well. So for my project, the positive experience started from my first interaction with Epperson Electric when I went on Yelp (I also checked out their website) and asked for a quote, the response was very quick and we meet Brian, the owner, within a couple days where he walked me through the estimation, how the project would unfold and asked what I wanted plus gave me options to several things, it was very interactive experience. The estimate was very reasonable for the size of the project and I could tell that this was not "just another project" to Brian, but that he is passionate about quality of his work and this is very aligned to my own ideas and expectations. The work that Brian did was exceptional, because he didn't just wire my shop and dig a trench and lay the pipe for the hookup to the transformer, but he paid attention to the little details that you only really notice if quality of work is important to you like, straight wire runs even when no one else will see them, all the new boxes were perfectly level, the existing light fixtures being reworked and the wires were nicely zip tied and look clean, the 240' trench was perfect even though our water company's spray marks for their lines were 9' off where they marked and caused issues but everything went as planned with high quality craftmanship. I don't know if I have effectively communicated in words to everyone just how impressed I am with Epperson Electric, Brian, and his quality of work and knowledge but I will say that I will never use anyone else for any of my electrical projects in the future.
