The cancel process is a nightmare too because they are actually one of the worst ADT dealers in the country and you can't ever really figure out how to cancel unless you're someone who's bent and determined to cancel. He harassed me on Facebook too and went to make a false statement about my business. ADT is terrible and this dealer is even worse! Save yourselves the headache and get a DIY system!
