We were told that a different team would be out in a week or so to bury the cable. We have communicated with Mediacom on numerous occasions, to be told each time that it would be soon and that it is next on their list. It still sits in the gutter and crossing driveways, so cars run over it regularly. Any rain and service is poor. This is not acceptable.

I have the 1gig service but the for the first year of having them I called multiple times telling them I wasn't getting the 1gig Service I was paying for. I am very busy with my job and cannot afford to miss work to have a tech out over and over. Finally one of the days a tech came out he decided to do more checks than the previous techs and the new tech found that my mediacom router was set to the lowest service option. He corrected the issue. Since then my service speed is fine except when my service drops randomly. I have had techs out off and on and finally they ran all new lines but still same problems. The last time a tech was out he recommended get a new router but it was the end of his day and he had used up all the routers he had on his truck that day. Since I am busy I haven't had a chance to go to the local office and get it swapped out as he recommended. Also after all this I have never gotten anything to make up for all the problems but a 1 month discounted bill. Not even a free month.

They now say its inside and I have to wait until TUESDAY and I can't get credit because tech came and I wouldn't let him in. I was not home because I was told it was an outside service issue. Lies. I will have my equipment waiting for them when they arrive because this is extremely poor customer service. AT&T you just lost a customer over $11. Smart business decision.

This is the spot we have been doing business with for years. All previous interactions have been absolutely boring, like buying a cola Circle K. Transaction with young sales lady was typical and need to download all old info to new phone, have 30 days to return trade in. Well that's where it goes sideways. Lil Pug goes to turn in trade phone and Irish lad informs her that it MUST be turned in to "company store". Nice enough fella, but what is this issue, we have done all our trades here over the years. OK so we must drive across town to drop off trade. If we had known this was a "scab" store and of no use to us we would have started off at company store. Cannot even make payments here? No sweat, we have gas. Drive across town location that we can turn in old phone (that review is at that location). Not sure what genius in charge made the decision to opt out of participating in full store services, but that's on them. We will now do all our phone trades (2 to happen in the coming months) and all accessory purchases elsewhere. Was a convenient location for us, but if we can't do everything here, why bother to do anything if we must go to another store to complete our transaction. I guess we will miss out on the mediocre service here and burn a little more gas for all our phone related business. Good luck and good riddance.

Requested supervisor, Mike came on the line and did the very same thing. We have never experienced such azzholes in a customer service position before. DISH is the worst ever and they must be going out of business since they interrogate and badger and harass you when you call to disconnect. May they rest in the hottest place upon their demise :)

This location looks more like a dirt cheap. Today the young male cashier was too busy playing around with a young girl cashier and apparently forgot to hand over half my items ,to my daughtet,that I paid for. I got home and have tried to call the store 12 times in less than 2 hrs. They either ignore the calls or they answer then hang up. So now I'm out of pocket as well as product. BTW he had time to catch us. He was on register 16 near customer service. I went to customer service after checking out to pick up an online order. Then proceeded to walk past his register yet again to leave.

We couldn't believe the difference in the two stores. To the manager of this store... you need to have a meeting with your staff and remind them what they are being paid to do. There weren't even any bags at self checkout! The least you can do when I'm waiting on myself is give me something to carry my purchase in.‍
