Over the past two years this company has gone downhill. The equipment that I replaced and paid quite a large amount of money for has malfunction more times than I can count. I have had over 10+ false alarms, all due to the equipment malfunction. And recently now the App for the system is malfunction. I'm getting rid of the system and starting over with a whole different company. Stay away from this company. Equipment is poorly designed. Their customer service policy is horrible. They will not send a live person out to take care of your problem until you've spent several hours on the phone with them going through different technicians. I am done. In the very beginning this company used to do a great job. But it has severely declined. I do not recommend. read more

If I'm ever looking for a company to go through this one will not be in the running. I have a very obvious no soliciting sign on my front door front and center and they clearly can't read or don't have common courtesy. Not a good way to get business by ignoring everyone's signs when they put them there for a reason. read more

I am giving 2 stars because we had good service for a few years, but in the last 3 years this company has been absolutely a pain. This is going to be a long review... sorry. When we first started the service was good and the equipment all worked well. We had a simple system and we lived in a medium sized rural area in Texas, so there was no problem with getting a tech to come to our house when we had an issue. We moved to another house in the same town in Texas, and had another system installed with a few more pieces of equipment. Everything still worked fine, but the thermostat we had installed had issues connecting to the panel. It was still not that big of a deal. Then we moved from Texas to Tennessee. They put our account on a year long moving hold. We now live in a urban area about an hour and a half from any major city. When we called to have the system installed at our new home the time that they had for the tech to come out was at 5 pm on Halloween, so we said ok. The guy came out and installed the panel, and the door lock. He said he could not install the outdoor camera because he did not have the right drill bit. And he could not hook up the doorbell camera because the wires were cut too short. He said he would call me to reschedule another day that he could come back and finish the job. He took the outdoor camera and the doorbell camera with him when he left. He also did not install our door sensors either. A month later when he did not call or come back, I called the company to ask for him to come back and finish the job. They had a hard time trying to schedule a tech because we live so far from where they would be coming from and they have to cross time zones to get to us. When we finally got a date to finish the installation I left work early to be home when he got there. Well nobody ever showed up. I called the company to find out when the tech would be there and they said we do not have an appointment scheduled. When they looked back in the records they said it looked like someone canceled and never told us. By this time I was fed up with them and told them I wanted to cancel my service. They said that I cannot because we were financing the equipment. I told them that I did not even have half of the equipment that I was supposed to have. But in order for them to get those items taken off of our loan they had to send some one out to inspect and make sure we did not have it. Some one finally came out and months later and many phones calls later they finally removed those parts from our loan. After a few months of paying off the loan and paying for a serivce that was not monitoring anything becuse it was still joy fully installed we called to cancel our service. They then told us that we were still under contact, when we were originally told that there was no contract. Long story short, if you live in a bigger city and you need this service, it should be fine, as long ad you never want to cancel, but if you live in urban areas do not bother with this company. read more

I have a NO Solicitors sign posted prominently by my front door but this is probably the third time in a year and a half that they have disregarded it.
